I use loose leaf tea inside and the dial reduces the amount of liquid that comes out so the brew is stronger! Very well made, lightweight and easy to use!

Pitcher Broke in 2 weeks of use

On July 2nd it was sitting on the counter and the bottom part of the pitcher Broke off. VERY disappointed!!! I'm outside the 15 days so can't return it but it is obviously not made to handle the cold/ hot exchange an ice tea maker should be made for. It was used most everyday but should last longer than 14 uses.

Great and looks appealing

No more running to marked up coffee joints for my favorite brew, with my elite statis it only cost me $6.00 plus tax.

It works great and is very simple to get a pitcher on and ready. You need to experiment at first to see how many tea bags to use to get the tea strength that you want.

Fraudulent product
