The kegerator arrived quickly however was dented on the outside and dented with a hole in the metal and theinsulation on the inside. Unable to get a response for a discount or replacement from bestbuy. very dissappointed as i was hoping to use this for the 4th and for vacations this summer. Poor customer service.

My only issue was a big difficult to get the CO2 pressure right

The product itself is good & we are happy with it. Since the store did not carry it, I had to have it shipped. The first one I received was smashed in the back & was unable to be used. The second one had a dent in it, but was at least in working condition.

Great product. Keeps my Sun King Beer cold and ready for deployment on demand!!!!

This kegerator disappointed me enough to log in a write a review. This may be a great Kegerator for people who purchase a keg with the beer, but this is not good for the homebrewer. This will not work with the Cornelius Kegs(corny kegs or soda keg). You will have to replace all the connectors off the tap and completely rebuild the lines from the CO2. Basically for the homebrewer, you are buying this for the fridge and double beer tap. The CO2 tank, regulator, hoses etc are a waste of money. I was unable to return it since it took us 4 months before we took it out of the box. We had a remodeling job in our house and we decided to wait before we put it together. That was a big mistake on my part, but I was able to make it work for what we need. The unit itself is very nice, but since we were unable to use any of the equipment that came with it, I feel we over paid. A homebrewer would be better off building one or buy one that is made with the connections that are required for the corny kegs. One other thing, the instruction are junk.

Best buy have actually discontinued the nostalgia kegorator I ordered, KRS-2150, probably due to all the complaints. CO2 tank leaked, pressure gauge lasted two weeks, tubing had a crack (all the CO2 leaked) and finally the spigot broke off. I have spent another $200 minimum repairing these issues. Best Buy has a 15 day parts warranty, which obviously didn't help. After an hour call (on hold for 35 minutes of this) to costumer services was told to deal with nostalgia, who would only send replacement parts that where just as bad. Please do not buy a nostalgia kegorator OR if you do make sure you buy the extended warranty so you can exchange it once it breaks. Awful product and experience with Best Buy costumer service on this one!

After hanging out with friends who own kegerators I started shopping around. Came across BB online selling a kegerator. Ordered the insignia two tap and shipped to the store. No issues at all. Love this thing!!! Its a hit with friends and the wife loves it. No more waste on bottles/cardboard and trips to the store for more beer. Every home should have a kegerator!!

Awsome gift for a beer drinker. A little adjustments for 2 different kinds of beer however after, beer was great.
