Not so functional, popcorn jumps too early and causes corn go out without being ready.

This popcorn maker makes popcorn like I remembered having as a kid. Popcorn yeild is very good, the butter is melted, and it doesn't make a mess.

I love the color & design. Poor performance, when popping corn. It burnt the popcorn, missed the bowl. I returned to Best Buy.

Nostalgia electrics star pop hot air popper is a great product for the entire family to enjoy. If your family enjoys movie nights than this machine is a must have for your household.

The plastic deflector on top falls off easily and the shape does not lend itself to setting a bowl underneath to neatly catch the corn as it is popped. Must try to deflect corn flying out the sides into a bowl that you are tying to hold up close to the mouth of the deflector, without knocking it off. My first hot-air popper for many years, but think I will replace it with something that works better.

I love this machine, it has made us delicious popcorn for many movie nights at home since we purchased this. great popcorn!

The popcorn comes out with rubbery texture. It was a waste of my best buy certificates

Only half the kernels popped and they went every where. I tried several different times and different amounts of popcorn but certainly not worth the money.

Not very good. Unit was $15 but blows unpopped kernels into bowl and beyond even after warming up. Thepoper skin where the top fits into the notch has melted and the top getters on top of the Unit. I have had it for about 4 weeks, will be looking to return it

Buyers beware! Maybe it was the one that I purchased but this popcorn popper although inexpensive, is not worth the money. It does not pop all of the kernels, only half if you are lucky. If you reduce the amount of kernels... still the same problem. It is a pain to deal with.

The very small hopper results in 3/4 of kernels remaining unpopped - most of which fly not just into the bowl with the few popped ones - but all around the room. Even cutting way back on kernels put into the machine is unsatisfactory. The product has such serious design flaws that I can't imagine it was tested at all. Someone just doodled a pretty picture and ran with it. It's near useless.

The item is and the popcorn have a funny taste. I may just need to get use to the product. Before I can give a real well review.
