    feels like it wasn't built correctly, the top kept shaking off when being used. half the time it didn't make any cotton candy and others burnt the floss as soon as it came out.

    I purchased this because I thought it would be great for my nieces and nephews. The cotton candy maker uses hard candy and the powder cotton candy packages. I definitely think the hard candy is not good. It is a lot harder to make and doesn't make very much. You can only put two hard candies at a time. The powder makes a better cotton candy but still doesn't make very much. It's a lot of turning on and off to make one cone at a time. Was disappointed overall on this purchase.
