Great product. It has great range and is super fast

Love it! Simple to use and connects quickly every time.

Had to replace my old HotSpot and this one is a bit better than the old on - smaller, easier to use but unfortunately it's size is also a downfall for us older folk. Print is really small to read but it does tell me more than my old one did.

Don't have to worry about getting reception when travelling anywhere . Great at camp grounds and homes of relatives without internet. Fits into purse. Lightweight .

So easy peasy - the device just shows up onto your mobile device's (tablet) area WiFi without having to enter any setup commands, nothing. I just clicked on Connect and I was on my way. I'm not a heavy user by any means but it works great when I want to connect the internet on my tablet versus using my smartphone as a hot spot. I got this dedicated hot spot as I did not want to chance getting kicked off of the internet if/when a phone call comes through had I used my phone as my WiFi hot spot. This hot spot device can be used anywhere service is available - nice!

Used for second home where we don't have cable. Works good. Uses too much of our data to watch just one movie. But at least it fast.

This device is great for on-the-road activities when WiFi is not available. Have used this in my car, in hotels where they "say" free WiFi, but it usually is slow or non existent. Have never had any problem with great connection and speed.

Bought this for my wife to use with her tablet while showing customers houses. Has let her Skype with out of town clients and be able to look up properties while showing houses to clients. Very reliable and battery life is very good.

Served me well going over the road to California. Loved not having to ask for wifi passwords at hotels, etc. The main use was at my folks house. They do not have internet as they are elderly and in the past had to walk to the local cafe to get a wifi signal. I know it will get used on the road again and since it has such great capacity, will use it camping, etc.

I went on vacation where the place I was renting for the week didn't have Wi-Fi. That's right, a place without Wi-Fi, who'd a thunk. Anyway, I went to Best Buy and added this my Verizon account. It was really easy to set up and use with my MacBook Pro. The signal was strong and I was able to do everything I needed to get done.

Best way to get the Internet because you can take it with you any place. I take it on camping trip, on travel, just any place you want to go.

This device is really something special, especially for the price it's at currently. However, the battery runs out so frequently with use that I find I'm always having to find a wall plug. Should be used only in minimal situations and not as a end all-be all for you're internet.

No problems with the 4g. It is fast and no problems on connectivity .like the mobility.

I thought this product would be great because I do not have mobile data capability on my iPad mini.. Unfortunately the service doesn't seem to be very good and the unit itself is very unpredictable. It often kicks my mini offline and I have to go back to the website to get back on.. It's kind of a pain in the rear.. Sometimes when I turn the device on, my mini will detect it but for some reason it won't connect... Needless to say I'm am not extremely impressed and I would not buy another one or renew my contract. Best buy was no help when I told them I was having issues with it..

I use this for work on the go a lot. Keeps me connected wherever I go and it lasts me through my whole work day!

This device lets me connect anywhere I go. I love that I can use this in the car, at restaurants, etc. It is small, holds a charge, and has changed the way I am connected. Highly recommend.
