I purchased this unit so when I travel I will have internet service without using my phone. the size is perfect for travel and the ease of use is great. Works great everywhere I go, had no issues at all.

Great device. It is compact and powerful. Does not slow down when other devices are connected.

I have used a number of wifi devices from verizon over the years and this is the best one. Battery life and reception are still issues. My verizon phone which sits next to the device always has a better signal, but this model is the closest of the ones I have used. I usually have it connected to my computer with the usb wire, so I don't have to worry too much about battery life. Still wish I didn't need to do that.

It was very useful at a place where they did not have any free wifi service. It was also very helpful at a place where there was a free wifi, it was slow with intermittent connection and I could not send/receive text message.

It is small, easy to carry around in my small laptop case. It connects very quickly and stays connected. Makes me able to do researchf or my graduate studies during my lunch time at work, which is very helpful to me. Also works great for travel. I take it pretty much everywhere I go, so I can always connect if I need to.

I had to be off the grid for a wedding and tried the hot spot to pay the bills. Because of weak cell service i ended up standing in the doorway with the hotspot and triggering the bills on my laptop at the table. I didn't understand how dependent it was on cell tower reception and made a bad choice for my solution.

This tool gave me great wifi access and connectivity when I had no other internet ability. It did, however chew through almost 3G of data in one afternoon of streaming videos. Avoid this as best as possible.

Easy to use device compared to the old one . Best buy gave me a better deal than Verizon .

It's a hotspot, in case you hadn't guessed. It works, holds a charge a long while, and doesn't take up any space... What more could you ask? Well, I suppose if it didn't count data against my limit, but there's a pipe dream! Really works well, no problems at all.

Just purchased this Verizon Jetpack for use in rural Michigan. I can run 8 devices off it at the same time and have never had a problem. This is my second Verizon Jetpack offered with my Verizon service renewal.

I use mind when we are shopping, and in hotels, excellent in every way.

I got this jetpack as a replacement/upgrade for my previous hotspot device. So far I love it! It gives me messages about my usage, I can check my signal strength, and it tells me when it's fully charged, among other things. This is great!
