This is SO much faster than my old Verizon. Where I live internet service is lousy! This woks the best of anything I've had. I just wish I could just leave it on all the time & not worry about how may gb I've used.

This is ok. I just have to get use to it. I still liked my older one better. I feel that I still have to worry about the problem that happened on the old one will still happen on this new one, so I will be buying a jetpack every year or so.

Multiple kids and multiple tablets, just make sure you have a big data package! No more fighting, aggravating or asking "how much longer?"

Easy to carry around and there when I need it. Sometimes, the places I frequent do not have Wi-Fi available. Provides service while traveling in a car which allows me access to make my trip more productive. Would also be great to allow kids access to keep them entertained.

this little devise provides wi-fi in the areas where we can't get it normally such as the car or hotels. It's great to use with my tablet when I want to do homework while on the road.

Had the former model. They just seem to go out for no remain then you have to turn off and on again. Got cable internet because it became too expensive with the overages. I use it for travel.

I have had this jetpack for over a month and it has not failed in making my connection on the internet. I had another brand hot spot and found it to be unreliable. I had to call their hot line number and always was connected with a person who could not speak the English language clearly. I have to pay a bit more for this jetpack but it give's me peace of mind. Being a full time RVer, I find it to be very helpful and secure in doing personal business at RV parks and on the road.

Easy to carry and small in size. Will fit in pocket or purse. . Last over ten hours. Great in the state of Michigan.

This is the only available method to connect to the internet where we live. It's relatively fast, doesn't drop connection, and allows multiple devices to be online at the same time. We had to increase our data package tho!

i use this frequently and i never have a problem with connection or dropping service! this works fast and was easy to connect to my current verizon account!

When it came to getting a wi-fi hotspot, there was no question that I was going to get Verizon. The jetpack does not disappoint. Easy to use and personalize. Just make sure to keep it out in the open for extended use, as the unit tends to get warm and will overheat and shut down if kept under covers.

This device is great for anybody with a tablet or laptop who leaves their house. It's so easy to operate, just power on. Once you connect your devices by entering the password from the mobile broadband in Menu, you will have your own secured Wi-Fi network. We use ours for car trips with kids and their kindles and for me to take to work and my wife to send emails from her store with no Wi-Fi. You just have to watch your days usage depending on what plan you are on.

This is so easy and accessible as someone who travels a lot. It connects quickly and is easy to setup.

I'm so disappointed... But ended up getting a 2 year contract with Verizon on this one. I'm Stuck with it ... I should have known better after only paying 95 cents for it. My samsung galaxy note 2 phone has better reception then this hotspot does.
