I like the Verizon Hot Spot especially since I got it as a deal with my iPad Mini. I was not informed of the dollar amount of the monthly price to my Verizon bill and was kind of taken aback when I received my wireless bill. But I do like the smallness of the Hot Spot and that it can go in my purse and have internet access anywhere.

I use while traveling the country in an RV. I use Verizon. It has successfully worked with 4G LTE, 3G and 3G Extended. I use with iPads and laptops. It has worked well. Just remember you are subject to the strength of signal and how hard the tower you are connected to is being hit by all traffic. It is not an issue of this device if you think it is slow. I don't stream because that uses too much data. Works fine for normal web browsing.

Quickly finds a signal. Has several menu options to keep track of usage, etc. 4G high speed. Can handle up to 5 users at the same time.

This is a great product that is easy to use and works well. The only challenge I have had is when the power is interrupted, the unit tends to shut off even though it has an internal battery.

This product goes everywhere with me. Secure connection virtually anywhere, even my kids are online going down the road.

I like Verizon jet pack for travel and also worked when cut off cable and need internet - does use more data than when direct with cable/DSL carrier

The jet pack is a lot faster than my old wireless internet box it has longer battery life too. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall Im pleased with. It picks up a good signal. Its small and compact.

The jet pack from Verizon is compact for the Internet. Ease of connection to Internet, great device.

Works great sends a good signal, but occasionally the screen glitches and i have to restart. It doesnt effect the WIFI at all you just can read anything on the screen. BTW i've only had for a month and it is already glitching. I think I should have got the warrentee.

We purchased this device because during outtings the kids in our family love to play online games with eachother on their tablets. Having this device allows them to play together online, which keeps them very entertained for long periods of time! And it's very easy to connect to.

The staff could have been more versed in how to sell one of these. It took over two hours to purchase...this is my second one and I could have done it faster .

Unit is small and compact so it makes it easy to take when traveling. Easy to set up.

I will reserve my opinions about Verizon Wireless here, but I will say that their network and the Jetpack work great together. It's tough to say anything negative about the Jetpack thus far. Positives are big: the battery life and the signal reliablity. Those who need rugged mobility must look no further than here.

A 4g capable wifi hotspot. Decent range within house for multiple devices.
