I am using this device for business. Since stared using it's been working without a problem. It's very stable and easy to setup. I wish I could use an external antenna to boost the signal. Overall, it's great for the price.

Good little feature - added wifi on the road. Great for a tablet that doesn't have 4G and needs Wifi. I use it for work with my Samsung Galaxy Tab. Didn't like that I had to sign a 2 year contract though. Other than that, fine!

much of the credit for the setup and activation has to go to the staff at Best Buy however once up and running this thing is very simple to use easy to understand and easily links up with any and all devices that I have running from it which can be anywhere from iPadS to galaxy tablets to 2 Kindles or whatever else happens to be around at the time to include mobile phones

This was easy to set up at home. Working well. I have no complaints.

Although easy to use, the number of GB is entirely more than I can use at this time.

It won't stay charged. I have to keep plugging it in to charge always not enough battery to run. I won't get another red box once this one expire

This is great for trips in the car or at hotels, you always have a secure network.

Have to charge it 2x a day. Usually only connect 1 device all the time & 1 on and off. Just doesn't have a good battery

We were using out phones as hot spots and would sometimes not have a fast enough connection for online gaming in the PS3. This was purchased with a new laptop and a smart tv and it supports all of them at the same time. Our connectivity is much faster. However we are now using the Internet more and burning through our data. So keep an eye on that.

We moved and lost our cable modem hookup and didn't want to sign a long contract with the cable company as we are looking to move again in the next year or so. I love that I can carry my hotspot with me and utilize the security rather than having to use local Wi-Fi hookups.

I live in a rural area and my only option for internet was satellite which I had been told by several people was not a good option. A friend told about these. I was concerned that it would be slow or spotty but it is just as good as DSL, at least for my purposes.

This jet pack works as expected. Good for those needing a 4g hotspot for less

This is our third upgrade on one of these mify's. Works great, very handy!!

We are full time RVers and this gives us the connection we need for all our devices and serves as a router for our wireless office machines.

Best $ spent in yrs not enough Fab words how easy my. Mail and chats r now..............what else 2 say.....a friend getting one too.........

This is nice to have when you are somewhere that doesn't have WiFi

jet pack is great for connecting to the internet through service

this is a great item to use for mobil Wi-Fi it works real good

The newest Jetpack is a nice upgrade to my old hotspot.

i enjoy having a wifi hotspot cause i know its there when i need to have internet in places that doesnt have internet access
