It sends WIFI fine, but the buttons don't work very well on the actual unit. The buttons are part of a small touch screen, but when I touch it, half the time it either does nothing or reads multiple touches. I've watched it register me pushing buttons when I'm not even touching the screen. It gets kind of frustrating when I try to get into a menu on the unit, but other than that it works fine.

We picked out a portable hotspot so we could use our computer away from home. There's no way to tell when you buy this, and sign up for Verizon's 2-Year plan, if you will get good reception when needed. Even though our Verizon phones work where needed, sometimes the internet signal from our MIFi is too weak to do us any good.

I needed anew unit and I didn't see another that was as easy to use and understand.I have taken it with me, I always have a secure connection where ever I go.

I traveled with the hot spot right after getting it. My Data plan needed to be increased twice while away on 8 day vacation. And, during that time I had very limited unpredictable service. When I went into Verizon to see what might be happening, the attendant did a reset. He said sometimes it gets stuck.

i wish i would have gotten this sooner. it is easy to use and gives reliable connections. i am very happy with verizon so far. i have had lots of problems with at&t and sprint in the past.

I don't have wifi in my house but need it for the one day a week I work from home. Got the Jetpack. It's very easy to use, but the battery runs down too fast. It will drop you off line if you don't keep an eye on it.

Works well for what I need just would like it to be faster and a bit better service from Verizon but other than that it works good

Best purchase I've made. We travel often for college football as well as athletic events for my daughter. This allows wifi anywhere and anytime.

It works but I was hoping for the price it would have been faster and had a better battery life. My salesman (Coty) was great and made the whole process very easy, I choose Best Buy over the Verizon store because of him.

This is a great option for people on the go. Anywhere you have phone service you can generally get on the MiFi without having to find a free wifi spot. Keeps you mobile!

So far this has exceeded my expectations! Easy to set up, the deal we got from BB for this, an iPad and a phone was fantastic! Definitely recommend this product to get on the internet if you don't have a cellular tablet, etc.

compact, easy to use and to see what happening with updates, usage, and many more options. I can take this everywhere I go since Verizon has great coverage in any state.

The JetPack has worked very well for us to be able to have secure access to the internet when we're away from home traveling in our RV. However, in order to avoid running up excessive data usage, we have to make sure that we manage its use and turn it off when we do not need to be online.

My husband loves it and he doesn't bother me any more.
