Internet access has never been so easy and because it is a hotspot it is portable. Response speed GREAT.

At last - high-speed internet access in the country. It's wonderful! I was having a terrible time downloading an iPad magazine subscription with 3G - With Verizon's 4G, it downloads in seconds.

This thing is so cool. We travel and camp a lot so if you have a wifi ready TV or Blu-ray player you can download from Netflix,Vudu or amazon.

I wanted to buy a tablet without Internal provider, so this was an excellent choice. Easy to carry and quick and responsive to use.

I needed a mobile hotspot for my surface tablet and this one is awesome, use it all the time and anywhere I want. highly recommend

I bought the jet pack in order to access the internet when on the go where there is no wifi. The downside is that it would be easy to lose, there is no place to attach it to the iPad or laptop. The monthly expense is rather high, considering I don't use it a lot. It does fit into an old cell phone case which has a belt clip, so I keep it in that and that works pretty well so far.

Not easy to use. Takes a few times to get from one icon to another. Never able to get data usage. This made it hard to know if there was overage or not.

This is a convenient device for those times when you are traveling and you need a safe Internet connection for your laptop. It is easy to understand and simple to operate.

I bought this item in order to have mobile wife for our tablets. The mini works perfectly and it is so convenient to have a mobile wife when away from home or on the road.

Great little device... use with our Samsung Tab 4 and with our cell phones. Great traveling partner, very compact.

I got this as part of a package with my Verizon contract. My family vacations in places where there is no internet service or wifi available. So this hopefully will come in handy. I've tested it with my iPhone 5S and iPad 2 and it works great. The discount on my iPhone purchase and on the hotspot were good enough to underwrite the cost of the monthly service for the first 6 month too. The true test will come when we go to our cabin in the woods this spring.

Overall happy with the service, but there are a few areas where service drops completely. Nothing is perfect.

This comes in real handy when your out in the woods camping and you need WiFi. It connects really well. The only downside is it doesn't keep a full charge for very long. Have to keep charging it but it does work well.

Connections are not always easy. Can be cantankerous when more than one device connected.

overall , this was a good upgrade as i got it for free.... Have to make sure my son does not find the hiding spot as he uses alot of data lol,,, verizon is really getting people over with there share everything plan. Seems like those who go on no contract plan get the better values. Sure, you buy phone but the monthly charges are way less.... thinking about cancelling my plan and going on the non contract pay as you go deal.. 45 a month unlimited everything

It gives you Wi Fi internet where ever your cell phone receives internet. Great for I-pads or Wi Fi computers when your on the road. It does need to be hooked up to your phone service and it runs off your monthly cell phone usage though so you must make sure you have enough usage space so you don't go over your allotted monthly amount. When I bought this item, Best Buy made sure what I was using it for and made sure that my phone service plan would be adequate. After all said and done I only pay ten dollars extra a month for my phone for this added convenience.

We can use the internet many places we haven't been able to get it before.
