These headphones are short of being amazing. Sound quality is good. If you are an audiophile bass isn’t as deep as you may like but otherwise great headphones. The “world” hearing feature is an awesome function that lets you hear what’s going on around you. I love it all

OK that's really all i can say about these. sound is ok, not $500 worth though, fit is ok but not great and the app needs tweeking. All in all not really worth the money. These are going back today, and Ill stick with my Jabra Elite Sport @ $300 less.

I tried these out for a few weeks due to Best Buy extended return policy during the holidays. They did improve my hearing in certain situations but I found it difficult to wear them all day long. I felt I had to keep adjusting them to keep them in my ears which caused an irritation in my ears. Another thing I didn’t like was wearing them while eating. I could not hear anything being said to me because I could hear myself eat due to having both my ears plugged with the Iqbuds and one of them chirped a lot. I really wanted these to work but I returned them. I found myself more annoyed with them than enjoying them.

I have experienced some hearing loss over the years, but I'm not sure I'm ready for hearing aids that cost 1000's of dollars. It's been hard to be a part of conversations at crowded places. These earbuds boost the sounds that I can't hear well and muffle sounds that interfere with my hearing the sounds that I want to hear. My grandkids can't believe that I can hear them at the other end of the table now, even in a noisy restaurant. They do take a little while to get used to because of sounds that your not used to hearing, but they're worth the effort. Also a great pair of noise cancelling music earbuds. Comes with easy to use app and syncs easily to my phone and other devices with bluetooth.

I had their fist IQbuds and those worked perfect i never had an issue with the sound the only reason i return them was because they started to fall apart, i got the IQbuds Boost thinking maybe the new ones would have a better built WRONG they fell apart with in a week i also had to return them, then i pre order the IQbuds 2 Max and after all that waiting i got them and WOW what a pile of worthless garbage is like instead of getting better they manage to get worse i was having so many issues with them the company send me a free gift and ask me to send them back to their main facility in Australia so their techs can run an evaluation to figure out all the different issues i was having and after the receive the IQbuds 2 Max i got a email that i have to wait again for them to send me a replacement but that met i would have to wait again until the come available and i already waited for a few months to get them. you would think after they got the ones i send back to them they would send me another pair right away right WRONG they wanted me to wait...

It took 3 weeks to get my pair ... opened it and it doesn't charge ... i exchanged for another pair and waited another 3 weeks to get the same result ... i can't believe something so expensive can't even charge out the box ... don't waste money and your time with these ... going to return the second pair i got

I bought these to hear better in noisy restaurants and they help tremendously. All the background noise goes quiet so I can concentrate on the conversation . What I didn't realize is how much I would use them for my music and phone calls. An all around superb product. Even helps when watching TV.

The product sounds fantastic....we just have not been able to use yet. The original set sent would not charge. Two additional sets were sent by best buy and only one of the total 6 buds we have is taking a charge. We have contacted Nuheara for replacement. Will gladly update this review once the issue is addressed and we can use the buds.

These are great ear budd, but for the price, I would have expected much better ANC

This product helped my hearing but didn’t help much in conversation. I didn’t like the feedback I would get from my own voice.

I looked at the bose version of this. These were smaller and sound great. Tuned specifically to my hearing profile, they let me be around family and be "present" while still listening to media. You do need to keep case plugged in, because it will discharge if sitting too long. I use this more for voice media, and less for music, only because I have dedicated headphones for music.

I tried these ear buds for a week. They didn’t fit well at all. I changed the bud caps trying to get a better fit...to no avail. I returned them for a refund. But, because they did not work for me does not mean they will not work for you. On the upside, returning process of Best Buy is convenient and easy and customer friendly.

Bought it for my mother in law. Poor fitting. They kept falling from her ears. Will return them.

Don't know whether this product is worthwhile; so far it is not because the 1st time I tried to set them up the setup process was confusing. Please provide me with a written or PDF guide to do so.

Ordered the product and the charging case was not charging the earbuds properly. Sent the product back and received a new unit. It would not pair. Took it to a geek squad tech and he could not pair them either. They determined that the unit was defectivive and I received a refund.

Bought it for my brother in law and he absolutely loves it! I tried it and the only time you can hear people talking is when the music is turned down low.

This is second set that the buds will not charge. The case indicates a charge, but that's it. I am very disappointed and will get a refund instead.

The case charged ok but the buds would not register or charge. I tried everything suggested but will return today and hope the next pair work.

the sound is not worth the money ..................

I recieved these Nuheara buds sealed up brand new but only the right bud would charge. Never got to really check them out. I looked at the broken one and could see signs of where it looked as if it had been opened up with a micro tool, small indentions at the seam. I could also see through seam inside that same bud so it wasn't even sealed. Well I lost interest in the bud all together at this point and just returned it.
