Just add enough liquids and don’t go above full line and it works great! I have had one for years, about 5, and it still works.....I bought another for my MIL to have for blending my babies food.

So easy to use and even more important, easy to clean. The two cups and other fittings are just right. The snap on my friend's lid broke after some time, but so far so good with mine.

Later used it for spices and other small batch applications. Read up on the competition and went with the Nutibullet. My wife makes smoothies everyday for the kids and there Nutribullet blends smooth all the ice and fruits (veggies, but do not tell the kids)

I wanted to be able to make true smoothies with whole fruits and veggies and nuts, this does it great. I've used it almost daily since I got it and have not been disappointed. It even demolishes ice cubes with ease. Fantastic machine!
