Got this instead of the 600 power motor and was really impressed. Just sliced apple with skin on and this thing just blended it with skin and all. I am drinking fruit milkshakes for breakfast ever since.

Maybe i just got unlucky - i am using a ninja blender for now and will see how it holds over the years. If it doesn't make the cut I may try a higher end nutribullet

Surprisingly good for smoothies, crushes ice pretty well. Just try and use it on pulse mode by not running it more than 20-30 seconds in one go.
