They do really work very well, but there are a couple of things you should know. They can be difficult to keep clean in some areas, and the engine will burn out I'd you remove the cup before the spinning stops, or if you run it for too long, ie over 1 minute.

Only ONE container. Low quality. Have to shake and don’t use over three ice cubes!!!! It has a faint burnt odor when running.

But overall, I love this product. It does what its supposed to do. My only complain is that - there is no other selection, pulse, blend, etc. Hence 4 stars.

She loves it! It has 2 large size cups for blending and a sealed lid with spout so it doesn't spill in her class. Thanks Best Buys for the lowest price around!!!
