Smelled like it was on fire from the beginning. Needed new parts after barley a year of very light use (not related to the electrical fire smell that never went away). It still worked so I couldn’t throw it away so I gave it to a thrift shop. Sorry to whoever probably payed $5 of their hard earned money on it. Customer service left lots to be desired at Best Buy and Nutribullet.

This blender did the job but over time it didn’t work as well. I make smoothies a lot so this wasn’t for me - it broke within the year of having it. At least get the geek squad with it! It was how I was able to “return” it and get something better.
