This was recommended to me but I am not as pleased as I expected to be. Leaks if base is not screwed on tightly and then it’s hard to get it off.

At NutriBullet, we will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase.We completely understand your frustration, But, we have a couple of suggestions that will help make things easier. Make sure that when you blend that the liquid used in your blasts covers the solid ingredients in your cup, (up to the max line), insufficient liquid can cause a suction effect which can make it hard to untwist the blade from the cup. For better grip, you can use rubber gloves. gives you the added grip without having to exert force. Also never blend anything carbonated, Do NOT use with HOT ingredients. We recommend ingredients be at room temperature or cooler.
