The inner rubber ring disengaged and came off after just a second use. And since then I have to wipe and blend wipe and blend because the machine gets dirty after each blend. Thank God I am still within my plan Window. I will make out time to return the product. My concern now is which product do I replace it With. You may wish to suggest an all ears.

Plug Motor Base, as soon as you have your ingredients inside container, screw the Extractor Blade and place onto Motor Base and as you push DOWN onto cup it will turn Motor Base on. You may release your hand to have it shut off automatically.
