Long warranty and nice design

I chose it because it's very affordable, and it has a 2-year warranty. My daughter has a habit of losing things, so I didn't want to spend $500 on a phone. Still, this one looks like a much more expensive phone — my daughter's friends ask her if it's a Samsung Galaxy. I'm more concerned about safety than style, but it's nice to know she has a good-looking phone. My daughter says she can download security updates and software patches from NUU Mobile for free. Their customer service team has been very helpful and I'd recommend NUU to anyone looking for a great budget-friendly phone!

Basic low end phone

Ok phone but terrbile GPS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first I was excited about this phone, it looks great and the price was very attractive so I chose to buy it. It's OK, it loads slowly but I could have handled that however, the GPS is terrible. I travel for work and I rely on my phone's GPS and you just can't do that with this phone. It would drop the signal, say I was traveling on side roads, lock up, show I was not moving and would never vocalize the directions which meant I was constantly having to look at the phone while driving. It's an OK phone a bit slow but the GPS just doesn't work. If you don't ever use your phone's GPS this is fine but I had to return the product

GPS doesn't work, WiFi doesn't work - waste of $
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone is really pretty, until you try to use it. If you try to use two apps at once, it just freezes. But the worst part is the GPS. Don't even bother trying to open Google Maps, because oftentimes the phone can't tell you what city you're in, let alone which street. Also, connecting to WiFi is impossible about 50% of the time, even if other devices work fine on the network. Apparently Nuu has claimed they fixed this problem, but it sure doesn't seem like it. They also claimed they would update the X4 to the latest Android OS (Marshmallow), but that hasn't happened either. All in all — waste of money.
