Happy with card, not happy with customer service

I bought it before Christmas 2018 and it is now March 2019 - still no redemption code for Battlefield V. I am angry beyond words and am considering not shopping at BestBuy ever again.

Awesome graphics card

Buttery-smooth gaming, no issues whatsoever. Handles whatever I throw at it like a champ. This card is the perfect middle ground; the RTX 2080 doesn't offer a significant enough jump in power to justify the cost.

Prefer The No Factory OC

So knowing it’s a Founders Edition gives you the confidence you got the best quality of graphics card; just know that it’s not factory over clocked like other brands.

Decent performance if you like ovens

Does everything I want it to do.

Also has Nvidia's NVENC encoder, which was a nice to have for some of my video processing needs.

Great card with stable overclocks

Card is much quieter and runs cooler as a result.
