It works well with a good display. It has issues with connecting to a PC to stream games. Overall a good tablet though.

The Shield K1 is an awesome tablet. i would have to say the only thing wrong with it is the battery life. Yes i know its suppose to be a performance tablet and that is why it doesnt last long but I would like maybe 2 more hours of battery life in it.

Granted this devices is several years old. But it is still a great device to take on the go. I want to play a high end game for mobile, boom! This is the tablet you need. You do not want to buy a switch, well get this instead. This will hold movies, games and anything you need. Best if you want to game while you are at work during a break. Plug it into your work HDMI monitor and go at it.

The tablet game software is from steam shield. The games on steam are more reasonable than other sources. You also have the option of taking the games with you.

The Shield was a tablet I was highly anticipating for it's Android platform and gaming abilities. As far as gaming goes, it's great! I had the controller and the games ran smoothly with great graphics. When it came to navigating around as a standard tablet, it lagged a little bit, and just wasn't up to par coming from a Galaxy Tab S2.

I was keeping an eye on the Nvidia Shield K1 tablet on Amazon, I knew I wanted it but I was putting aside money for it. Once I was ready to purchase, it cost $330 on Amazon! I love Amazon, but that was ridiculous. The tablet was sold out on Nvidia's website and Best Buy's website, so I signed up for email notifications. Best Buy emailed me later that night and the tablet was $200 with free shipping! It actually came in faster than expected and I live in Hawaii. I am very satisfied with the tablet. Coming from a Samsung Tab 4, this tablet is sexier. I like how the screen bezel extends past the actual display so using all of the screen with a case on can be done no problem. The front facing speakers are great since I watch a lot of videos. Battery life is pretty good especially when you take into account the fact that it can run games and it is able to do any task I want it to with ease. I definitely recommend this tablet to anyone, gamer or not. I also recommend buying through Best Buy because of my positive experience and I will definitely be doing business here again.

The Nvidia Shield K1 Tablet (sadly discontinued) is universally applauded as one of the best tablets you can purchase. Perfect size for one handed reading, powerful enough and designed for gaming and all this in a sub-$200 package. It's no wonder everyone loves this tablet.

This is the best small form factor gaming machine. Easy to transport, fast action, superior screen views. I play games like EA Sports - Madden NFL, NBA live mobile, and EA Racing. I also play sim games like MLB2017, and Blue Angels Demo! The pricing is fair and reasonable.

Very happy with the tablets performance. I use it to stream TV on the go. It's a good size that it fits conveniently in a lot of places and not too small where I feel like I'm watching on a phone.

Under the share option you can record your screen footage whether it's a game our your UAS flight, this unit will record out in 720p for uploading. 2.2ghz power make out possible. Note; 4K flights will not record as they're past the capabilities.

Wow! This tablet is so much better and faster than my previous one. Somehow, it even downloads faster over the same wifi network. I haven't pushed the processor for gaming yet. The simple games I've played so far look great and respond well.

I read a lot of reviews before buying my Shield tablet and I'm not at all sorry that I bought it. It doesn't have as high of a screen resolution as the Samsung tablet I replaced, but I love that it didn't come with tons of bloatware.

This tablet has a great hi-resolution screen for watching videos or playing games. I bought it, in part, for the size; it's not too heavy to hold while reading. Plus it has Android Nougat to start. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is a great Android tablet and not just for gaming. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is that the battery doesn't last as long as my Nexus 7 and Nexus 9.

This tablet is nice. I like the two speakers that this tablet provided.. I would give this tablet five stars if the screen is a little wider, a faster processor, and longer battery. It drains the battery very quick.
