While I love my Fire Sticks, this box is much more powerful and faster. If you need a more powerful streaming box, you can't go wrong with this one. I have not found any reviews that have mentioned a better box then the Nvidia Shield TV. It is also great for playing games, if you are a gamer.

This was a little expensive but you pay for quality and you get it here! I purchased this and a roku this scrolls and streams soooo much faster and the small remote has a quality feel but is simple, decent game remote too. Unit is super compact and runs all the android apps. I may get the pro with hard drive built in next

Really love the Nvidia Shield platform. It's fast, flexible and easy to use. Pair this with an NDHomeRun network OTA tuner and you can skip the TiVo. Harmony Hub controls it easily. We have a Pro also, very much worth the difference in price if you don't have one, this makes a more economical option.

This is by far the best android box on the market. Very fast and user friendly and a must have for cord cutters.

Excellent streaming device. Games are ok but excellent for streaming Kodi.

Although sometimes annoying due to some app limitations Once you get it setup which is easy . All the options available to you and it's performance reign supreme. Ok one negative the remote but if you bought this odds are you have a Logitech Harmony Remote w/ Hub = problem solved.

Bought this to use as a streaming device, and got so much more than I bargained for. Super fast and not glitchy.

This is a real good video streaming and gaming console. NVidia has surpassed my expectations for this purchase.

Amazing either not paired or paired with a gaming desktop to stream to another tv. Controller triggers broke/spring. Only option is to pair xbox via blutooth which is nice but definitely a lag when doing so.

The shield multi function - gaming & streaming give you the best of both worlds. With its powerful processor you gave the ability to have any app run flawlessly. Another plus is that it runs Android latest OS, which includes the many bug and security patches. The unit is well built and very easy to setup and use.

This is a quality machine that works very well with many of the android action and race games, etc. I also use it with Plex and EMBY for OTA TV DVR, using an Intel NUC for the servers. Works very smoothly, but then I do almost as well with a Mibox for the OTA TVl. Not for the games though!

Works great with steaming any and all of my content. It is hands down the best streaming device Iv'e used.

The Shield cost a lot more than most other steaming boxes but its worth it. Love it for PS Vue or Netflix.

I’ve had several streaming devices , Roku , Firestick, Fire Tv , Nexus , but by far the Nivida Shield won my heart with its capabilities and speeds , Ifeatures, ability to replace your gaming device and streaming system with one piece of equipment, I’m loving it even at the age of 47 years old .

Easy to use, and has some free games to stream via nvdia. Also like how I can to stream my steam account from my PC to the shield. You'll need a decent router that can provide a decent signal and bandwidth to the shield otherwise there is a lot of buffering and connection loss.

Absolutely impressed with the streaming and gaming capabilities of the shield device. Auto updates keep the device running smoothly and enhance the overall user interface. I would definitely recommend the invidia shield for anyone interested in online video and game streaming.

This is the best deal of you are trying to get android TV or Kodi. Easy setup and works great...also 4K!
