Works well and fast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not very useful but very well built product. Work seamlessly and is fast, but you might be satisfied with cheaper bluetooth controller which can works with other devices as well.

Good controller, still not on par with XBox or PS4
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a great upgrade from the original controller, but the forward, back, and play buttons tend to get pressed inadvertently during gameplay.

WARNING!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THIS CONTROLLER DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT AN NVIDIA GRAPHICS CARD INSTALLED! Just fair warning, I found out the hard way as this point is not advertised. Controller feels great but I was unable to use it and was forced to return it. For the price of this unit and the lack of openness about its operation, you'd be much better off with the steam controller that does not require steam to work (*gasp!*). Just my two cents.

Posted .Hi,
As advertised, the SHIELD wireless controller is designed to work with your SHIELD devices: SHIELD Android TV, SHIELD Tablet, and SHIELD Portable.
In addition, you are correct that the SHIELD Controller can be used as a wired controller for an NVIDIA GeForce-based Windows PC. This is a non-advertised bonus feature for GeForce users.
Thank you.

Syncs well but a little too big
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the standard controller. It can be hard to sync, but when it does, it works very well. I also wished it was smaller.

Expensive, but worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Shield controllers are expensive, but for good reason. There is a lot of tech packed into these things. Touch controls, voice control, and a great feeling controller.

Makes Gaming so Much More Enjoyable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having the SHIELD controller really allows you to take advantage of the gaming capabilities of the tablet. It's also nice for when I'm traveling and use the SHIELD to watch movies to have the controller as a remote. It's a little odd to me that it has body of a Xbox controller but the layout of a PS4 controller. Being more experienced with the former it took a little getting used to.
