I got this accessory as a gift; it makes aiming incredibly easier in Wii Play's shooting bits, but to the people who suggested it for Umbrella Chronicles I would disagree. in UC you have to use the A button and D-pad buttons often, and while you can substitute the Z button for the A in that game, you still have to use the D-pad, and shake the Wii mote from time to time. Makes it awkward. And like others have said, the small orange piece is easily breakable. Save your reciept. Finally, it can get uncomfortable to hold after about a half hour. And if you don't have very big hands, it can be totally uncomfortable. So, it's a very specific accessory - don't buy it without a certain function in mind, or it'll just grow dust.

We purchsed this for our son to use with his Wii. We had it less than a month before it was unusable. He got to use it about three times. It is difficult to get the remote in and nearly impossible to get it out without pulling the connecting wires out at the same time. I am very sorry we spent the money on this accessory...I wish we had put it toward just getting an additional remote!

I purchased this device for use with games like Call Of Duty and Quantum of Solace and was quite disappointed. I feel that my disappointment was a design issue with the controller. I found that when I plugged the nunchuck into the bottom and tried to use the gun "one-handed" that the pistol grip was very large (and I've got pretty big hands) and the device was generally top-heavy with the WiiMote having more of its weight in front of the pistol grip rather than balanced above it. I think this gun is better suited for "two-handed" operation where the nunchuck isn't used - games like House of the Dead and other "Rail Shooters". (For anyone unfamiliar with that term, "Rail shooters" limit the player to moving around the screen while the game follows a specific route.) For games that involve both the WiiMote and the Nunchuck, I prefer the Wii-Zapper.

I have enjoyed games more with my son. He is a crazy teen when it comes to video games. I play alot of games with him and I enjoy the games more with the Perfect Shot.

great gun that is easy to use with no complications. this gun works better than zapper wii blaster or wii magnum gun. you should buy this gun

Definitely worth the price, I would suggest it for all ages.

This thing looks good, but don't expect a good experience when playing Darkside Chronicles or Umbrella Chronicles. Maybe its me, but I had a hard time reaching the A button since my entire right hand had to be gripped near the action. If I try to use my other hand to press A, I mostly miss performing the QTE or picking up an item. But if you can over come this, its a good buy.

This is a great product to own if you enjoy shooting games. It is alot easier than other gun attachments sold for the Wii.
