Very good price great sounds perfect good for gatherings

I purchased this for outdoor use at a family gathering and it played perfectly. I use it at home on my back deck. It is the best portable speaker I own now. It beat my jbl flip but I can link them both together and get even better sound.

When I seen the picture of this speaker on the box I knew I wanted one. My device does not have NFC but this speaker connects well with just Bluetooth. I played some concert videos from my phone and they sounded great.

Nice portable speaker system, ruggedly built, has great sound but just volume control, no other sound adjustments/enhancements like bass boost or equalizer for example. Has good power and volume, long battery life - 8 to10 hrs. One feature I especially like is the usb port to plug-in and charge your phone or mp3 player so you can keep your phone/mp3 player charging while it's playing through the speaker. Also has ability to answer calls through the speaker. Bluetooth connection was made easily to my android phone- it immediately recognized and paired. I think this speaker is just the right size for a portable- big enough to give great sound and volume in a large space, but not so big that it becomes cumbersome to tote or difficult to find space for.

Some would consider it too large to be very portable Using the ‘phone’ button to manually put in pairing mode was odd Overall, this is a pretty good speaker, especially for this price point. As long as you keep the size in mind when deciding if this is portable enough, it's definitely worth considering. I'm thinking this will make a nice speaker for the garage. Large enough to put out good sound, but still portable enough to move it around. Would definitely recommend.

I was quite surprised at the WEIGHT of this bluetooth speaker! I knew it was made for outdoors use, and I expected it to be a bit "heavier weight" (construction-wise), but was surprised nonetheless. It was SUPER EASY to setup and use! Press the "phone" button once your cell is "searching" on Bluetooth, and they found each other quickly. The BEST part of this speaker is the SOUND! Amazing! Clear and speaker volume was able to handle being turned on HIGH. Terrific! We're going to have fun with this on the patio this summer! Great product!

This NYNE Rebel sound system allows me to optimize my music and FM Radio apps for group levitation or when I need beats to drive a solo workout. Set up is super easy. Just charge the unit until each one of the row of indicator lights is lit. Push a button to check the battery level at any time. No trouble at all for the Bluetooth (BT) speaker to recognize my lap top, tablet or smartphone. Thankfully, I no longer have to strain to hear streaming media from my laptop. 8-10 hours is a pretty generous range that will vary if the USB port is used to charge another device. As promised in the specs, so far, this system is universally compatible with all of my platforms. Sound clarity, in my book, competes with Bose. The portability indoors to outdoors, at almost 8 pounds, is an easy lift for a big sound. Another nice feature is that you don’t have to reboot the BT connection between your device and the speaker. When you turn the system off then turn it back on, device recognition eliminates the scanning task. Also, when you want to access volume, fast forward or rewind, you can make adjustments from your device or from the speaker controls. No special attention is required to use the system as a speaker phone. When a call comes in, the music is put on hold so you can talk then the music or other media restarts when the call is closed. Disable that feature for privacy. . A nice addition is a cable for a hard wired connection or other configurations if you don’t want to bother with the BT. Charger plugs are included that satisfy a variety of platforms, eliminating the “incompatible plug-to-outlet bummer” while traveling. The only thing I would like is an add-on compartment for the charging cord, the plug adapters and the cable. I zip locked the loose items until I find a more attractive draw string bag to prevent the 'lost accessory headache'. A short bungie cord might work to keep all items piggybacked to the unit. Must experiment…. Nonetheless, this unit is a solid thumbs up.

Bought this for my daughter as an alternative to Bose, JBL etc. Well worth the money with a whole bunch more punch.

This is a cool, rugged, long-lasting speaker. I used it for most of a Saturday out in my shop and I didn't even need to turn it all the way up. The volume is great, reasonably light for its size, and I swear that battery can go for days. I hadn't used it for like a week, checked the battery level indicator and only one of the five lights were off. The bass sounds a lot better indoors, but otherwise, I really love this portable speaker.

This Bluetooth speaker almost has it all. It is a little on the large side, but I believe the sound quality would be impacted if it were any smaller. I read a few reviews complaining about the weight, but it is less than 8 pounds, and I thought it felt light. This Bluetooth speaker claims to be able to maintain a connection up to 100 feet, but I noticed the music cutting out at 50 feet. Setup The setup for this is a cinch. I used the NFC (near-field communication) to establish a Bluetooth connection, added it as a trusted device, and I was ready to start the music. The sound The highs sounded clear and crisp, and the bass was powerful but not overwhelming. I listened to various types of music and noticed one flaw: even though this unit has two tweeters, two mid ranged speakers (drivers), and one subwoofer, I had a hard time noticing the drivers. It seems as if Nyne tuned the drivers to the lower end to compliment the subwoofer. I don’t consider this a big negative, but I kept feeling like something within the music was missing. Features: NFC (as already mentioned) Touch buttons for power, answer a call, pause/play, next track, previous track, and volume control 5 light battery indicator (behind door) USB power bank for your phone 4 worldwide power plug options Rugged 3.5mm aux out and in Features I wish it included: WiFi connectivity to connect to my WiFi receiver to use on the patio App to adjust equalizer and wirelessly connect more than one speaker (must use Daisy Chain) Conclusion Even though this Bluetooth speaker does not have a full sound, in my opinion, and has no app to personalize the listening experience, I would recommend this speaker. I love the power bank, the loud volume it can produce, and that it is rugged. These features combined with the reasonable price make it worth owning.

Use it at the lease and race track had to have it replaced once

Sound is pretty good from this speaker for the price. This speaker does have a feature that it disconnects the Bluetooth when not playing music. Problem I had is that it also disconnected from my computer when it was playing music. Returned it for a different brand speaker.
