Odd design (looks like a stage monitor), great sound (good volume has actual 24W sub), lighted clear buttons, somewhat waterproof, large battery, value compared to many other brands

I was very surprised at the size of this baby when I opened the box. It has a built in sub woofer so the bass was good. Maybe that's why it's so big Connected my Nexus 6 to the USB port to charge it. Connected an old iPod Touch 4th gen. and it worked too. Battery took three hours to charge out of the box. Had to try several times to insert the US power adapter but eventually it snapped into place. Built in carrying handle very convenient. Everything works so I'm a happy camper.

I have never seen a bluetooth speaker as big as this one. It reminds me of the good old days in the 80's when people walked around with boom boxes on their shoulders. It has all the features you want NFC, bluetooth, aux in and out jacks. It will even charge your device for you, and the battery lasts forever! I do have to take a star off because I wish the thing was louder. I see a big speaker like this and I want my hair blown back, lol! Don't get me wrong, it is loud enough to get the job done but sometimes I want to rattle windows and hear my neighbors below me banging on their ceiling. Great speaker overall though.

Received the speaker and initially surprised at the size. It was way bigger than I expected while doing my research online. Setting up the speaker is very easy. Easily paired the Bluetooth with my phone and tablet. Once connected, I couldn't believe the quality sound in such a small speaker. I have used the speaker in an outdoor setting as of yet so I can't comment on the 100 feet of connection. I did lose connection after about 50-60 feet and walking outside to the mailbox, so it's possible to be 100 feet unrestricted. Worth the price.

The Nyne Rebel wireless speaker puts out quality sound with bold styling. This makes for a high value versus some of the more expensive wireless speakers on the market. The styling is great as it makes a statement sitting on a cabinet or shelf. Since it's splashproof, we had no problem bringing it out on the patio. And when it started to rain, we brought it in and it still didn't miss a beat despite having raindrops all over it. Setup was a breeze. I recommend this to someone who wants a more stylish and rugged system.

This speaker was described as portable so I was very surprised with its large size (16"W x 9"W x 6.5"H) so it really isn't for taking on a trip just to listen to music at home or when you won't be mobile long but it does have a built in handle and is relatively light to carry. Bluetooth connection was effortless on a Windows 7 and 10 computer as well as an Android phone. I have used it about 75 ft from the source and had no issues. The speaker is very loud and much better than some of my other smaller Bluetooth speakers. I have read several reviews that say the bass is lacking. I am probably not the best person to comment on that since I don't like a lot of base in my music but I really like the sound it produces. I think this is a great speaker to use in the backyard or at the beach but I wouldn't take it on a hike to enjoy music at the pinnacle. I would take something much smaller for that. It is not water-proof but water resistant so it will tolerate spills and splashes but not immersion or being out in rain. Overall, I am very happy with this speaker. It produces a much louder good quality sound than any of my other smaller Bluetooth speakers.

The Rebel produces a balanced but bass-heavy range of sound, and paired instantly with my phone and tablet. It works well as an extension of your phone, and can be used as a wireless receiver for your stereo or home theater with the included stereo mini jack cable. Lighted control buttons when the Rebel is powered on make using it in the dark easy. You can charge your phone with a USB micro port. It also has a line-in jack so you can connect another Rebel or play audio from another device (like a phone or tablet without Bluetooth.) The weather resistant feature makes it easier to not worry about getting it wet. All in all, The Rebel seems like a great deal as it is priced in the same level as similar but much smaller devices, and produces much "bigger" sound than the high-end products priced much higher.

This is listed as portable. While I guess that's technically correct (built in handle and rechargeable battery), this speaker is really heavy and very big. I wouldn't want to carry it very far and both things don't come to mind when I think portable. The sound quality is just so so. Bass is really lacking. Yo won't get any thumping base from this at any sound level. Not really impressive sound quality overall. Seems to be slightly distorted. For the price, I would definitely choose other well known high end portable options with better sound and portability even if slightly more costly. However, if this is the speaker you want, setup was super simple, pairs flawlessly, and buttons are conveniently located and easy to use. Can be used as a Bluetooth phone speaker including buttons to answer phone on speaker. Al's tertiary life is very good so far and recharges fairly quickly.

This speaker beat all my expectations. I love that I can charge my phone and connect to it with NFC. Very loud outside too.

I picked this guy up because we needed a new one. We could not be happier with the sound and features! Great buy at a great price!

Got on clearance well worth the price it rocks had to use eq on phone to tune it in but sounds great now
