Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with aspects of the product not mentioned in the provided feedback. However, call quality is a significant concern for some customers, who report issues with call connection and high costs for international calls, particularly to cell phones in Mexico. The pricing structure for international calls is a point of contention.

    Misleading

Very misleading. They never tell you at Best Buy that the minutes expire in 30 days. The initial "promo" gives you 4 months.. then you buy another $29.99 card, but the catch is that it expires in 30 days!!!! So much for cheap minutes. They made you buy the special O2 sim card and now you're stuck.. money down the drain. When you go online to 02 everything is in pounds, no US currency prices. When you call 02 it takes about 30 minutes to get through, then after you do they tell you that Best Buy is responsible not them. Don't buy this product unless you like giving your money away for nothing. The other thing is that they charge you for calls that don't even go through. Buyer be ware of this one!!!

This is a great service. I have my iPhone with their sim card and it works perfectly. I usually have a signal anywhere I go aorund Philadelphia. Last week I had to go to Chicago and it worked over there too, so I am guessing it has a pretty good coverage. The nly con is that you have to buy the refilc ards from best buy (I couldn't find any other place that sells it) and Best buy takes a long time to ship it. So, make sure you buy the card before you run out of credit.

    Disappointed in product.

I spent $29 for the 500 card and $10 for the sim card. I'm already out $39, then they charge .80 per minute to call a cell phone in mexico, and many areas are not covered for the price they say to call a land line in Mexico. I'm very dissatisfied with this product; I've done so much shopping at Best Buy, but this is the only product I cannot recommend.

it's not the card or the service that's the problem...it's the fact you didn't read that you cannot call cell phones for free only land lines. The normal cost per minute with the long distance to land lines can't be beat
