Love this flick, mostly because the way the ships look and the way the director made the future original. yes the over view of the layout and story is moving and never dull a must buy video, I seen this so far 4 times and yes I never get tired of it so kool

This movie was a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect too much from it, other than a nice sci-fi vehicle to let the brain relax while enjoying the visuals. But to my surprise I really enjoyed watching this movie. A lot to like... and I loved the ending. You will too.

As a sci-fi fan, I liked this, but I'm not a huge Tom Cruise fan, so I think the lead could have been better. Interesting take on the apocalyptic future of the earth. Some cool tech ideas in the movie.

This is a very good movie, but it's much better in 4K Ultra HD. My collection is better with the movie, and if you have a 4K blu-ray player, I recommend adding it to your collection.

The picture was stellar and the Dolby Atmos audio was completely immersive. The 4K version is a step up from the Blu-ray release. I bought this on sale. Highly recommended.

I enjoy Tom Crusie's acting, and this was no exception. He performed a powerful presence with all the action needed to keep the viewer glued. The theme was not predictable and provided an exciting story line.

Highly entertaining movie. Science fiction is my favorite genre and this movie delivers on story and visual. Tom Cruise has added another great movie to his catalog of scifi movies. Four stars out of five.

I enjoyed the movie...it kept me captivated with the plot trying to figure out what was going on. I would have preferred more action with the invaders or something but good stuff how it "went down".

Speed , Action , SF... there are all in this movie. The Picture and Sound are better than Blu-Ray, but The story need some more describe about back ground and the other people.

When I bought the movie i was kinda meh about the movie. It just another Tom Cruise movie. It ended up being a bit better than I expected, with plot twists and good cinematography.

Tom cruise does a great job acting in this movie. The photography is stunning, the visual effects and sound are fantastic. A little too much time is spent trying to explain everything, but the plot does take some good twists and turns. I rate it a 8 out of 10.

I enjoyed this movie when it was in theaters so I had to continue the adventure at home. Once you know the twist its not as exciting the second time around but still an amazing movie. I love his ship!

I don't think this movie gets as much credit as it should. THis is one of those stories that I wish had a sequel or prequel, because there is more to tell. Maybe some day.

You can say what you want about Tom Cruise but he does make entertaining movies. Oblivion is a bit of a miss, but still entertaining. Set in a post apocalypse dystopian earth, we follow cruise and his fellow teammate in keeping the energy machines safe. In reality there is a benelovence behind the machines and the story follows Cruise uncovering what is really going on. They story is a little bare, but it's worth a watch. The Blu-ray has reference picture and sound quality. If you a have a proper set-up prepare to be wowed by the technical aspects of the movie.

It's not a bad movie, but you'll get more out of it if you watch the Bonus Feature on how the Director wanted to frame it: he also wrote the graphic novel of it and wrote the screenplay. THEN it becomes interesting to watch the movie and see what the Director is talking about. Tom Cruise is fine, but his British teammate woman is unappealing. (Why wear a sheath dress, high heels and false eyelashes when there's just the 2 of you at a space station?) If you like SciFi, I think you'll like this movie.

The 4K version is incredibly sharp and the equipment/sets are amazing and appear to have been designed by Apple designer Jonathan Ive. A good movie to add to your sci-fi collection.

amazing movie. it is a sleeper that a lot of people have not seen. it had been a while so I decided to pick it up. definitely would recommend to the collection.

I think Tom Cruise should stick with making Mission Impossible and SCI-FI movies. I have loved every one of them I've seen; Minority Report, War of the Worlds, Edge of Tomorrow, and Oblivion. Morgan Freeman is also excellent, as always.

The movie is visually outstanding with very good soundstage. I do wish the storyline had a bit more but it is what it is. If you like it in Blu-ray you'll like it even more in 4K
