It is fairly bright and can be seen from street even with the street light directly on it. I bought it on the deal of the day, so it was discounted.

Worked great all season. The only issue we had was that when we brought it in for the season, it was full of water. We tried unzipping it and shaking it upside down. We ended up plugging it in in the house running for a few days before it fully dried.
