Unfortunately I couldn't get the headset to recognize the right hand controller. Also the charger adapter was missing. Rather than messing with trying to get this one working since I just purchased it I decided to return instead and purchase a new one instead.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.100 dollars cheaper than the Quest 2, which is a pretty amazing deal considering it was refurbished by Oculus themselves, and not Best Buy. It came clean, and has so far been working perfectly. If you don't mind that it's way less powerful than the Quest 2, it's very good for the money. I can't imagine there's a lot of these in stock, unless the whole "refurbished" thing is a way to move leftover stock, since the original Quest it to be discontinued in just months. I'd say it's a great deal though.

I have encountered some minor issues with the system but it is overall working well. My only problem is that support is really bad. Oculus will tell you to factory reset for every issue. I would recommend picking up a replacement face cover, since the one that comes with the headset picks up sweat easily and could cause irritation/acne.

I've gone through 3 sets of headsets; first one lasted 7 months and charging port stopped working, second one was broken out of the box, third right lens went black 1st week of using it, and now i'm waiting for it to be in stock so oculus can send me another one since everything is under the 1 year manufacture warranty... its a hassle to contact oculus. Only recommend if you get the insurance just go back to bestbuy instead of shipping and waiting for your new headset.
