The instructions could be laid out better. ARROWS highlighted better (Maybe with a color). Like the height to which the chair goes and stays. Chair is comfortable.

Padding felt good and firm at first, but is now after a few month, compacting. Chair is very wide, its just strange. Kinda makes a creeking noise when you lean back too. I was just expecting better quality for the money.

He likes the comfort level, but worries about static, so he added a grounding wire to it! I looked at a lot of chairs before deciding, and I believe it is a good value for the money.
