The breaks are very bad I wouldn’t recommend due to that main issue. The lights are a cool feature but I would rather have a scooter that had working breaks cause this is definitely a safety concern and the scooter has only had about 3 rides it’s absolutely uncalled for and the company could care less horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zippy. Fast commute. Feels sturdy. Very fun. 15 mph is probably fast enough, but maybe wish it was a tad bit faster.

My daughter bought this for her 11 y/o son. He absolutely loves it. She researched a lot of power scooters before she settled on this product. (She rightly doesn't let him charge the battery in the house. Although I'm not aware of any problems with this product, it's best to not charge ANY LiOn battery indoors.)) Would I recommend this? Guaranteed that my grandson sure would.

The scooter is awesome but the battery life get used up very quickly after going up hill. For example I drive the scooter on a 17min drive to my car and back going up and down 3 hills and driving in flat surface and when I get back the scooter is around 50-60% overall I recommend for the price and quality.

Got a pair of scooters for me and my wife. Got the white model for her and she absolutely loves it. Easily hits 15 mph and the customizable LED strip in the front is a nice addition to the scooter flair. (Side note: I am a heavier than the recommended weight for this scooter so I got the Ninebot D40x (F40) and it is even faster than this one and can hit too speed very quick.)

One of our best purchases! It does go a little fast, but not too fast for our 13 year old.

This thing is FUN ! It gets a lot of comments and compliments. The Bluetooth needs wifi to connect for some reason but the app is cool and you can change settings easily. It also includes a NFC card that you can use as a key because it locks. Runtime on High depends on surface but does well semi-off road. Overall I'm quite impressed

Very great electric scooter for a reasonable price. Purchased this item to ride with my kids to their school. I have no complaints and it does move fast. my kids are jealous as this one goes 5 more mph faster than theirs. great buy and charges fast. hopefully this brand last

Overall it is pretty solid, from casual riding, it doesnt seem like it does go 18.6 miles before dying, I would say around 6 or 7.

The mobile app that comes with the scooter is a bit finnicky, maybe not made for english speakers first, but is most certainly a good quality product, everything fits together, every part was pretty self-explanatory and it does indeed go fast (you must have the app to set it to sports mode and to disable the kick to start) but overall im pretty happy with the scooter

This is a great scooter. It goes about 15mph in high mode, and about 9mph in low. Nice easy ride with a comfortable base.

The charge last for 2 days. We live in the city and love saving gas zipping around town on them. We got 2 of them so we can ride together. Top speed is 28 for our teen grands and top speed for myself 22. And I weight 209

Great scooter that rides really well. Its sturdy and zips around the streets wktb ease. Be careful with uneven pavement ad you will be thrown off. The charge lasts about a week for 4 miles daily

Overall it’s a good scooter but battery doesn’t last long. Also, I don’t like the sound the breaks make. Been using it for three weeks now. A 4 mile roundtrip took close to 50% battery. And sometimes the battery decreases even if not using for a couple of days (Very small % but still)

The quality in the safety features were so noticeable right from the start. I also like that it was sturdy and folds up for easy storage. Definitely recommend this.

We were looking for an adult capacity (height) scooter for our middle child that would grow with her for a few years. The lights and safety features and 15mph speed are perfect!
