This camera has exceeded my expectations. Love the accessory's and lenses that you can purchase with this camera. I would recommend this to anyone as a pocket fun camera for the on the go person. I have used it in my travels and hiking and have had wonderful results. It's not going to replace my DSLR but it's great camera for the EDC pack.

This camera took great pictures on day 1, in salt water. The screen did look filmy however after only several dunks under shallow water. Then as I followed the directions for rinsing off salt water, the water filled in the camera and it was unusable the rest of my vacation.

I am a fire investigator and take pictures everyday. I use this camera for photographing electrical wiring and evidence up close using the magnifying setting. I also use this for overall photos of fire scenes and vehicles. I also use a DSLR and the quality of the photos are very similar. Great camera at a reasonable price

Considering the size and price, I was impressed by the overall quality of the pictures. Sure there are a lot better camera out there, but for a five days of hiking it's a great, durable option. I am a fan of Olympus cameras in general and this one definitely didn't disappoint, especially in the color balance.

After a trip to Costa Rica where the most used camera was my daughter's waterproof camera, I knew I needed to have one. After much research, I chose the Olympus. I am extremely happy with my choice. Olympus quality in the rain, at the beach, on the river, and everywhere else! It's the only camera I use.

I had an Olympus Stylus SH-50 previously that I was really happy with, so I decided to try the Olympus TG-4. There are a few differences about the TG-4 compared to the SH-50 that I really don't like. The zoom is not very strong; the panoramic setting is really weird and creates choppy images; you cannot take still images while recording video; the macro settings aren't very good. Otherwise, the use/options are fairly identical to the SH-50 (at least in how I used each camera). The GPS is a really nice feature, and I did really like the size/weight of the TG-4. I just wish it had the features that were so nice on the SH-50!

bought his specifically for my cruise on RCL and no complaints threw it in the pool, fell in the rain forest of Puerto Rico and still going with no problem as long as you make sure everything is locked no water dust or nothing gets in. I suggest if you put it in salt water just rinse it off with fresh water

I recently purchased a Fujifilm camera but returned it due to unsatisfactory indoor pictures. The Olympus TG 4 takes great pictures inside and out. Lots of great preset settings for all types of settings. I am happy with my purchase.

Just got the camera two months ago for a trip down the Grand Canyon in May. Have taken over 100 different types (day/night, closeup/distance) of pictures. I have even dropped it (by accident) from about 5 feet. Still working and taking great pictures. Have not used underwater yet.

Specifically bought it because it can survive multiple falls (can be dropped up to 7' height, waterproof, in other words, kid proof. This is my 3rd Olympus camera and it takes good pix. Wish it came with a viewfinder, but that's becoming a thing of the past, it seems.

I purchased this camera to take it kayaking rather than use my phone. Works well when soaked in saltwater Florida keys as well as fresh water rapids in Missouri rivers as well. Pictures are clear. There seems to be a level of stabilization built into the camera.

I bought this camera to use to record water shots out in the mangrove islands for a music video for the single Backcountry Pontoon Party from Dani Hoy's new CD, At The End of a Long Road, down in the Florida Keys. Did a fantastic job and shot amazing stills as well.
