I love this voice recorder! Even though I could use my phone for this, I prefer this device. It is easy to use and does not take up a lot of space. It is the size of a large marker and looks like one. Great buy!

This recorder worked well, but it did not record well if you were too far from the subject. I used it in my purse to record and as long as the person wasnt more than 4-5 ft away it was ok. Also, the buttons were not intuitive and i had to keep referring to the manual. Overall sound quality was good though.

I looked online for digital voice recorders, thinking I would use it with a mic in one location. when I went to the store to buy for some reason I went with the pen style, though I was going to go olde school and do the box and mic with a removable sd card. So I spent the extra money to buy this pen one, and in my first use, it was perfect, I was on the go, and did not want to deal with a bulky recording box or mic, I just held this pen out between my fingers as I held my notepad and got excellent recording of who I was interviewing. You can set up scenarios to help clean up the sound as it is recorded so it does not get messed up by echoes or rustling of paper.

The controls are very complicated and confusing. Also, the battery did not last more than 2 days. When I tried to recharge it, it did not take a charge. I had to purchase a new rechargeable battery. In addition, the ability to pick up sound beyond holding it directly in front of your mouth is very weak.

Lightweight, highly portable and easy to use. Purchased to use when traveling to record follow-up for later. Can be transfer via USB to your laptop or computer for later use.

While at first, I was hesitant to purchase this as it was small and not bit enough. It turned out to be perfect, especially for interviews when you can hold it in the same hand you are holding your notebook. Also, you can leave it in your shirt pocket and it works well. Battery life is a bit short, but that may be because you forget that it is on and ready to go. - Keep it charged by putting in your USB drive of your computer, or even an external phone power pod with a USB outlet. One thing is that due to its shape and size it may get mixed up in your pens, or forgotten in a jacket pocket.

Excellent recorder. Picks up sounds further than I expected. Very clear quality and good battery life once charged fully. Records about 12-15 hours easily.

Of all the digital recorders out there this one is the easiest to use in my opinion. Remove the endcap plug it directly into the USB drive on the computer and download all your recordings. It's small and powerful.

I have been using this little digital recorder for a couple of months now at work and have been very pleased with the sound quality, and the smaller size makes it less noticeable than other digital recorders.

Good sound quality. Functionality is varied and leaves much to get used to. Would like same quality instrument with fewer core features.

It had reliability, portability, great pickup, fast on /off controls, USB connectivity and decent price. Pencil shaped, you almost forget you have it.

Very small and discrete but still great sound quality even from a pocket. Charges quick and holds a lot of recordings. Perfect for travel.

Records very well and very sensitive microphone. Hard to adjust volume at times, but once you understand how the volume control setting works there are no problems.

I'm never sure what it's doing. the instructions are vague so I had to play with it. It's so small I keep misplacing it. Could do better on the price.

Initial set up was confusing and saving and naming storage file was too. I erased 2 hours of lecture because it was confusing at first but easy to record

I am still testing the product. It's not giving me the return I've been waiting spec ting. When I get back from vacation I will stop by the store and check it out with the associate who helped me who I liked very much

I like this recorder because it’s small enough to fit in my pocket. It’s very easy to hide.
