I bought my son a Samsung monitor but he couldn't run 100Hz Fortnite. I replaced with this one and -colors are excelent -high refresh rates works fine -good design and looks I give 4 stars only because the headset audio output was better in the Samsung, so by son connects the audio directly to his PC

I'm personally not interested in 4k monitors quite yet, as I don't want to shell out the money for the parts to properly run it on decent settings only to have to turn around and replace those in a couple of years to get the most out of a 4k set. Which is why I went with this monitor. It works great for gaming and gives me everything I wanted out of a 1080p gaming monitor

No speakers but other than that it's great, 144hz refresh is awesome

For any competitive gamer, high refresh rate and low response times are key, and this monitor delivers both. Keep in mind, a response time of 1 ms can only be achieved with a TN Panel. What are the downsides of a TN Panel? The colors aren't as vibrant/accurate and the viewing angles are shallower than an IPS monitor. Again, this is a monitor for gamers, not graphic artists. That being said there are a couple things you need to know about this monitor. You will need to calibrate the colors when you purchase the monitor and the stand is a little flimsy. It does come with an optional VESA adapter if you plan using an alternative mounting solution. I recommend this monitor if you can find the monitor on sale ($200 +/-) Otherwise, I suggest you wait.

There's not a lot of reviews on this relatively new monitor, but I gave it a shot considering the price. The performance is comparable to other 144hz monitors with AMD freesync. The design is also minimal and unobtrusive compared to other gaming monitors which I prefer. The stand isn't very sturdy so the monitor can be slightly wobbly, but a long as you don't bump into it you'll be fine. One issue I had setting up the monitor is that the small cable management attachment that you're supposed to snap onto the back of the monitor immediately broke when I tried to install it. It appears it's made of very cheap plastic. I think they could have made the plastic snaps a bit more sturdy. Regardless, this monitor is a good deal especially if you can find it on sale.

Great quality perfect size for gaming and 144hertz 1ms!

This is a great monitor and looks really good. It has a lot of useful settings that like low blue light mode that can be switched to in a couple clicks of a button. The stand sticks out a bit and it was annoying to put the cables in but otherwise I have not had any problems in the 2 months that I have been using it.

It's definitely a great monitor worth buying for its price range. The bezels are acceptable and the design is good. There is a built-in USB hub and the headphone jack is located on the left bezel, which is pretty easy to reach. The color accuracy is not perfect out of the box but as long as you spend some time to tune it, it can be great. Because it is a TN panel, the viewing angle is incomparable to those IPS, but it isn't a big problem if you sit straight in front of the monitor. I tested that it support 120hz through HDMI and 144hz through DP. And believe me, the difference between 60 and 144 is unimaginable. Enjoy the butter smooth gaming and daily usage!

I got these when they were on sale. The picture looks great. I play games on steam and the graphics are awesome. Just make sure to set the settings to 144hz.

I was looking for a 144hz monitor for gaming obviously. To be honest, my first impression weren't that good. I had some color issues and for what so ever reason, the colors just didn't match properly. But there are some basic settings, once you manage to customize the settings, it's pretty good! I personally wouldn't suggest to buy it for $280 which is the original price of the monitor currently, wait for a sale like $180 or $200. It is so worth it at that price point. Performance wise no issues. Bonus point for freesync but I have a nvidia graphics card. It's pretty worth the price but you need to tweak some settings. Definitely worth it.

For $189, this monitor is great! Take advantage of the 144Hz and get a display port cable. Very nice graphics. This monitor does not come with speakers built in.

Looks fantastic as you would imagine, the 144hz refresh rate makes everything butter smooth. Very bright monitor, I sit around 2ft away and it looks wonderful. After a while my eyes get tired but it still looks really nice. I feel like the construction could be better for the price I paid, ($189.99 on sale)($203 after tax) because the monitor can wobble pretty easily just by bumping the unit and it just doesn't feel all that secure or strong. Overall, great monitor. Wait for a sale though

My main and only complaint is that at 122-144hz the monitor skips some frames as I checked using www.testufo.com/frameskipping and it was visible through even mouse movements. I returned it for a replacement and the 2nd monitor did the same thing. So I just prefered to use 120hz regularly which had no skipping (the difference between 120 and 144 wasn't too noticeable). Other than that, it's a great TN panel and VERY responsive. You can increase the responsiveness in the monitor menu but it will distort movement. Overall it's definitely worth it if its $200 or less, it went down to $160 on cyber monday!

Refresh rate is fast, colors appear to be accurate. It looks awesome so that's a plus. it comes with a stand or on wall mounting option. no height adjustment just tilt. If height is an issue maybe wall mounting will help. It comes with cables so no need to buy any, unless you need longer than 6'. Which I did, I cant use the on board USB ports until I get a longer cable to link to PC. The price is not worth it at the $279.99 mark. It is at $229.99. That is the lowest I have seen it listed for.

Pros: Perfect width, great response time, easy to setup with multiple options, generous viewing angles, handles frames like a champ, cable management options, headphone rack on the back. Cons: No speakers, rear mounting point for the stand is not 100% stable. Overall this is a pretty nice monitor for a fair price.

My son had an Asus monitor that he was enjoying until he began to have issues with it luckily we had warranty and we decided to try this one out and he really likes it likes it even more then the Asus one

The Omen is a top notch 1440p gaming monitor. Installation was easy and the quality is great. Can rotate Vertically but not horizontally. No speakers included but for gaming headset is a must anyways.
