If you could snag this on a sale, it is an incredible value. It is relatively future proof on every account except for the graphics card. The card works well for me on every game I play but with games getting beefier I will need to get a new one in the coming years. Everything else you are good.

Only has one PCIE slot which can be a bummer. I do like the USB placements. Coil whine is annoying when running heavier games because the PSU is meh. (A generic 500w Bronze). Things can get toasty because the fans are very silent. I'd add another one at the top of the case to help out and there is space for water cooling if you'd like that instead. The front panel on the case is kind of annoying because there could have been more airflow there, but its blocked by the logo. Overall I'm happy with the product as it does what I need it for I would just like the software for the RGB lighting not to be glitchy. Sometimes the colors get stuck. ALSO important to note there are two m.2 slots, but one of them only accommodates a wifi chip and the other is for the ssd. I'd like more than one, but ended up getting an external case for my second ssd. I plan on replacing the hard drive as its pretty noisy when loading heavier games.

So I got this on black friday on sale for 899 for this price it does okay. The program that changes the light seems to crash and wont let you change the colors without a restart.gameing works as advertised, it does not get too loud like my msi desktop, I have it hooked up to a 4k monitor and can play all the games I want with 0 problems.

Bought it to be able to run the new oculus system. Had older computers and nothing adapted to it, so went to Best Buy and got this unit. Performs very well and the clear panel with the light show is a neat little conversation piece with most people when they come over to play.

We wanted something for our 10 year old gamer. Works great for him and so far he’s had no issues. Was worried at first since everyone told us the best idea was to build him one. But this one works great, has great speed and so far handles all the games he plays without lag.

I was shopping for a gaming computer and found this beauty on black Friday for $899 regular $1299, it is fast, boots up with no issues. During game play there is no lagging. Will run any type of game you want to.

had this desktop for about a month or so now, use it every day. specs are great, it's a very powerful machine, and i feel comfortable with it versus some of the competitors on the market (given that this is from a reliable brand). for me, this was worth the purchase price.

I’m not a gamer, but it was time to upgrade our 10 year old HP desktop and I wanted something that was “future proof” and would last another 10 years., This PC was the perfect choice. Plus the price dropped $250 down from $1,249 to $999. I had $135 in MyBestBuy rewards, plus $225 on a Best Buy gift card for trading in my old iPhone 7 Plus, which brought this awesome PC down to $640 plus tax. A downright steal for this computer. With the money I saved, I added another 16GB Hyperx Fury DDR4 RAM to bring it to 32GB total and added a 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe m.2 SSD, replacing the 256GB Toshiba SSD it came with. Plus adding/swapping out HDD’s is a breeze in this thing. Much quicker and easier than our old HP.

got this one when the other crashed. looking for speed and memory. did not realize there was no CD drive or card reader until I went to use them. I recognize this is really a gaming computer but figured those were basics. bought external elements to get the job done. The computer does what it was purchased for.

I'm really glad I bought this computer. I had been going back and forth about getting a gaming computer or keeping my regular computer and finally decided to get a gaming computer. The graphics card and processor are great with the games I have played so far.

This new computer has been great. I bought it on Black Friday and it was very easy to set up with my new 4K monitor. The only 'surprise' I had was that it didn't have a DVD drive, but I use it so infrequently anyway and can buy one separately if I want one.

The Omen is an amazing computer for beginners in the pc gaming landscape since it's pre-built, though a bit under-powered for modern standards It'll still run most modern games without a sweat. Very much recommended!

It’s quick to load and keeps up with my demands. The only thing that kind of concerns me is the temp the GPU goes to, I wish it came with a bigger fan or a bigger space so I could swap out. Other than that it’s an excellent machine and worth buying.

This computer, for it's price and being an HP is really awesome! Bought this on Black Friday for $500 less than normal and it is a powerful computer! Only thing I will look at upgrading within the next year or two will be the SSD. Everything else is great!

It’s a gaming desktop but I used for business the first year. Once I started gaming a few months ago with Microsoft Flight Simulator, I had to upgrade ssd, graphics and ram just to make it decent.

I have only played on consoles previous to purchasing this desktop, love the different advantages it gives me. It’s solid, fast and decent memory. I will be installing upgrades to enhance performance and I love that that is an available option.

I purchased this system, not just for gaming, but for the capability and the capacity as compared to that of business machines. Business computers cost as much or more but did not give me the speed and capability that this gaming system has.

We got an amazing deal on this computer and it works wonderfully for gaming! We got it as our second gaming computer so we c ok old play as a couple :)

Decently powerful for the price tag. There haven't been any issues that I've encountered, great for multitasking and video games. The mouse and keyboard that come with it are fine if you don't already have them, but I feel most would want an upgrade. Keyboard is small and flimsy.

Purchased this computer for my 14 year old son. He loves it for Fortnight, no lagging and graphics look good. He did notice when playing Subnotica there was some lagging. Overall he thinks it is easy to use and very pleased with the machine. Definitely recommend it for younger gamers.
