I thought I got Omron 7 or 5 when I received the Omron 10 because the advertising website shows the device has two circular buttons on top, but the device I received has only one circular button. I don't know the major difference of the Omron 10 and Omron 7 and 5. The only pro of the Omron 10 is it has 5 yeas warranty instead of 1 year.

This is our second purchase of an Omron BP monitor. Great quality and lasts for years.
