I love this little device. The high setting can be a bit much but usually setting 7/8 works fine with relieving my minor pain. The size is perfect as well. I wear it to work and still feel comfortable.

The Tens machine had enough power to help relieve fatigue for exercise to offset Doms. It also helped to relieve soreness when it appeared.

I purchased this product to help minimize lower back discomfort in between chiropractic appointments, and it fulfills its purpose. The various modes are great and although the modes specify particular areas on the body, you can actually use any mode in any area. I wish the intensity went higher than 10, but I guess for an 'at home' muscle stimulator this is the best they could do to ensure folks aren't shocking themselves to death. Be careful with the pads: don't allow them to make contact with each other because it will impact the adhesive on the pad and make it difficult to remain on the skin (use the holders provided), don't scratch or puncture the pads (you will get shocked if you do), try to make sure your skin is clean and free of oils and lotions (the pads will still stick to your skin but the number of uses before they begin to slide will be greatly reduced).

I saw a similar device in the mall, which was being sold for $100+. I saw this on Best Buy and instantly knew this is something I would love. The same day I received in the mail, I began using it. Best purchase yet. I use it almost every day, especially when I'm sore after working out. Absolutely love this electrotherapy unit!

bought this for my wife who suffers from tennis elbow. When she get a flare up she used the TENS for a few minutes on here arm and the pain goes a way.

At first it was hard to get use to the fact that you were getting electrocuted... It really helps my back pain issue alot... I would recommend it to those with back problems...

Just like what PT's use, but with 2 pads instead of 4. I had ACL surgery 5 years ago and they used a high-end TENS unit on my leg to help with rehab on my leg. Always wanted one since, so I got this one. This unit is pretty strong. I get up to level 6 maybe 7. I have bad sciatic nerve pain every once in a while, and this helped a ton. Sore muscles feel good at about 5 for me. I havent used it enough to talk about the pad stickiness, and how long they can last. I wished they showed more example areas on the manual though. You can definitely use more places that they picture. Works amazing no doubt about that.

Great product, pads are a little cumberson to figure out how to place for best results.
