This game is slow pace, I like that it got the anime character designs right, the skill tree was properly designed and it gives you the sensation of growing stronger when you acquire new abilities. The enemies are not difficult to beat, except for the ones that are over-leveled and can one hit kill you (it happens a lot at the start of the game). The game is about exploring and gathering items to complete quests, make sure to complete all side quests to level up completely. The best part of the game are the boss fights that made me feel like I was in the anime fighting as Luffy, I wish the game where manly about fighting and exploring, they could have removed half of the fetch quests and replaced them with a variety of fun tasks to complete.

Not completely ground breaking, or redefining the genre. But a solid and satisfying game. Fun story.

Seriously, it is NOT anywhere near as bad as Youtube / metacritic reviews claim. It is a large open world with a ton of things to do. Is it perfect? not at all. is it great? depending on what you want out of a One Piece game that is subjective. If you can get it for under $30 and have a passing interest in One Piece and are not turned off by ONLY being able to control Luffie D. Monkey, get it.

It’s a great game if you like one piece I wouldn’t recommend it if you’ve never watched the show. The movements are a little stiff but it’s great to play with luffy and get abilities.

If you're a fan of One Piece, this is a nice open world adventure~ I wouldn't call this a top rated game, but if you love the series, you'll definitely enjoy this game.

This game is fun. It’s a bit generic, but if you’re a fan of the One Piece series it’s solid.

I enjoy the play style. There is a pretty good amount of side missions. Though some are repetitive, they sadly are necessary to get the full story without a lot of plot holes. ITs a basic fun mass enemy beat up game.
