My previous Onkyo receiver was purchased 8 years ago when we bought our home theatre equipment. The audio stopped working. When I researched replacements this new receiver seemed perfect and would handle 4K video when our current tv gives up the ghost. It works flawlessly and we are very happy with it.

Unit was easy to set up. Could have better volume output.

This was my second receiver from Onkyo and it does not disappoint. The unit has integration with current technology that makes it seamless to switch between smart devices and works great with our home media server. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this unit.

Great system and sound. Only note is having to turn it up on regular tv shows.

I had a Yamaha receiver and was almost 4 years old. I was looking for a replacement with the same or better capabilities and this one has been awesome from set up to enjoying every little bit of it. For the price that I paid when it was on special for a week. Great decision.

I have an older Yamaha 7.1 amp and played these side by side, the movies were great on the newer amp, it selected the right protocols automatically and those multi HDMI ports rock. That said, I didn't love the way my music sounded. After almost a month of tweaking and trying I finally gave in and took it back. I'm going to have to save up for a more powerful amp.

Receiver is good, I would recommend this unit for smaller theater use.

Great reciever a little more complicated than my Sony. Had to go into my settings to turn up my wireless subwoofer. Tech support said this product wouldn't support a wireless subwoofer but they were wrong. Great product

It's nice to be able to stream audio from Pandora or any of the other streaming services directly from my phone. It's easy to activate zone 2 without being in the same room to listen to music on the patio.

We went in budgeting for a much lesser system but we were thrilled we found this as an open box at the store. It's a great receiver and has the latest tech available so it's future ready.

I replaced an older Onkyo receiver with this one. It does everything I want, the HDMI switching is flawless, something my previous receiver didn't do that well. So far no issues, or complaints.

This was a good receiver. A little misleading with the multiple zones out. It won't actually play two different HDMI sources on two different tvs. It just mirrors the first HDMI in. It will only play a different audio out in zone two if it is a blutooth audio source.

I bought this in the hopes that it would perform well and meet my needs. It has far exceeded them and is the second Onkyo receiver I own. They keep getting better!

This is an excellent receiver that is very user friendly. The manual is easy to understand and the set up take very little time. Performance goes beyond all my expectations.
