Says it has speakers. It does not! Will return it for a Sharp unit which does have speakers. AT 85 YEARS OF AGE I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED . For somebody who has speakers its probably an exceptional player.

This was an open box item that in theory had been tested, but it was obvious that it hadn't been as every CD that I loaded into it skipped, so I'm guessing there was something wrong with the laser, but their shop likely didn't have equipment necessary to test it properly. I'm sure if I had purchased it new, it would have been fine as Onkyo makes great products.

I purchased this Onkyo - 6-Disc CD Player in May 2018. I used it once or twice and it seemed ok. I hardly used it after that. I just tried to use it because I’m stuck at home because of Coronavirus stay at home order. I found some CDs and tried to play them. They won’t play. The player says it’s in play but nothing will play. When I press “random” on the remote the numbers on the display go crazy. Nothing works unless you hit eject. Then the tray opens and closes. I am so disappointed. And it’s way too late to get my money back.

Did not play MP3’s despite advertising. I called both Best Buy and the Manufacturer and both confirmed that it would not play a large portion of files.

I was so bummed that the unit that was shipped to me was dead-on-arrival. It would not read any of the CDs I had, whether they were from 1990 or 2023. I wish Sony still made the 300 disc changer. Thanks to BB for taking it back no questions asked.

Within a few months of purchase, the same 2 CD slots were causing CDs to sound scratchy. I tried different CDs in those 2 slots to make sure the CDs weren't bad. Each time there were problems. It was too late to return to Best Buy. Instead it has to be returned to one of Onkyo's service centers. Unfortunately there were none in the US so the unit has to be shipped at MY expense to Canada. It's probably not worth the shipping costs so will have to buy another one or better yet a different brand. I put the value as poor since it's defective, otherwise it would have been good.

Didn't work waiting for replacement on dec 26th. Told it would be here after three weeks of return. No info from Best buy and tracking info . Said it would be here January 18th. Unsure how to rate since we are still waiting.

I purchased online ad open box but was written instructed. It didn’t read any CD called the manufacture. They said it must be manufacture defect. I had to carry back to the store to return since they didn’t have any in stock. I wish it worked.
