This unit would not play some cds smoothly. These were new cds and there was nothing wrong with them. I guess that should have warned me initially. But I had another player so I ignored it. The unit is about two months old and it quit playing all together. When I out any cd in any of the 6 slots, it came up with an error message. I called customer service and they said to return it. I had a year warranty.

I bought online and the CD player never worked. It was an open box item would would think they check to see if it worked beforehand.

We are enjoying our new CD player. So far we are very happy with it.

Received my CD play timely, however, once I hooked it up, did not play properly. Tray would not spin. Player would not read disc, and random would just scan. Had to to return it, Unfortunately, the only cd players store had were the same. Got another, so far so good. I will review again after a few weeks.If given the chance, go wih another brand.

This player had all the qualities I was looking for but it did not read the discs consistently and it skipped on even brand new discs. I did not realize this quick enough and brought the unit back to Best Buy after less than 30 days (but more than 20). They would not take it back and it cost me $17 to send it out to be repaired. A brand new unit! I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again.

Item was returned for replacement due to out of the box failure of its ability to detect digital signals using its optical capability.

Would not play cds . Was supposedly returned stock in new condition but apparently Best Buy employeees did not check it out. Very disappointed.

Brand new CD player and it would read the CDs. I checked to make sure I had the discs on the tray in the right direction several times because I didn’t think it was possible that a new piece of audio equipment would not work. But it didn’t and I returned it.

Big, clunky system which did not work at all. It went back very fast. Get a Sony without the 6 disc system; it is great.

This is the second time I've bought an Onkyo CD player. They are durable, reliable well built units with good sound reproduction.

I needed an Arlo security camera for work. I found what I was looking for in a BB 14 miles away. I was going to drive and pick up but noticed when I went to checkout it said I could get delivered tomorrow. That worked for me so I chose that option. That was on Tuesday July 7. Each day since the tracking has said been delayed. Now on Friday July 10 I received a notice it will arrive Monday July 13. Unable to cancel the order, unable to chat.

Bought it, took it home.. and it didnt work. Tried several different cd's.. none would work. Returned it. There seem to be several other reviews stating the same thing.

Less than 2 years old and it no longer plays CD’s. It starts to work and might play 1 track and no more.

I bought This player on the advice of other reviews. Now, a bit later it is very sensitive to dust and scratches, and sometimes it doesn’t loop when programmed to do so.

I was happy with it until it reached about 60 minutes into a CD recorded from my computer. It then had problems reading it and all other recorded CDs I tried when they reached the outer tracks. The CDs work in all my other different players including an older different brand 5 disc player. I returned it.

We had a bose player & after sendiing it twice for repair we got this to replace it. So nice being able to play music.

The bad news is that everything works perfectly, right out of the box, so i have nothing to carp about. I just wish it were slightly less expensive.

My unit has a loud clunking noise when the carousel moves. sounds like it could break at any minute.
