Fine budget receiver

I would have preferred more banana plug connections and wi-fi would have been nice, but those features are for more costly receivers. All in all, a nice unit.

Great Receiver for a Home Office

OK but not a lot of flexibility

I also have a Yamaha amplifier that allows you to use all the speakers in full stereo mode with each one at the same volume level. I could not find anything like that in the Onkyo.

Our old one would not work with 4k tv.

For the most part, this has been a great system. The only problem I experienced was the system stopped allowing me to change the EQ modes after about a week. I had to do a factory reset to fix that, but it hasn't happened again since.
