I am totally pleased with this purchase. I was not expecting the quality that I received when I ordered it. Also, the delivery was right on and I believe even a day or two earlier than expected. I use my CD player daily and for many hours. So far, I haven't a single concern about it.

This CD player produces high quality sound with my Onkyo receiver. It produces plenty of power for the room it's in. It is also easy to set up and use, and the remote control has all the needed functions to operate this player.

Simple but quality components on a sturdy heavy chassis, if you can live without a USB this will compare to units costing 3 times as much. Clean crisp highs without harshness and lows to levels you can't even hear. Played through an Onkyo 105W A/V receiver through a set of Polk Rti A9 speakers.

The sound from this CD player is stellar. I looked at the reviews on amazon and saw that it has a longevity problem. The sound and build quality seem excellent to me so there is no concern there. Spending more does not seem to make any difference with SQ or reliability. Buy it with service protection.

There are a couple of audio brands I always liked, and Onkyo is one of them. Bought this player because I read a lot of good reviews and because it is Onkyo. Not disappointed a bit- it does what it suppose to do and I can not be happier! Highly recommend.

My stereo system is over 30 years old, the CD player quit working and couldn't be repaired. I looked at a number of players and found the Onkyo to be a good deal and just the right product to meet my needs. The sound is very good

This will play almost anything. Some of my cd's have a few scratches but this player just goes right over them. On some cd's it tells you what is being played and it has a remote control.

The sound is superior to the Sony it replaced. The shuffle is truly random unlike other units I have used.

It is hard to find an audiophile-quality single-disk CD player these days.

This CD player fits the bill perfectly. We didn't want anything with all the bells and whistles; just a simple old-time CD player to replace our old one, which lasted for over 20 years. The sound is clean and crisp.

great CD player. The sound is crisp and clear. It is easy to set up and play. The shuffle feature is a nice feature. Wish the controls buttons were better lit but it is not a big problem

Before buying this item,i never owned anything from Onkyo, however, heard a lot. And after running across the C7030, i simply could not pass the opportunity to get the highly-reviewed player. this thing looks great, plays great and priced great. Perfect combination! Thanks a lot the hard working people from Onkyo!

Excellent sounding CD player. Nice signal to noise ratio. Much cleaner sounding than my old Pioneer. The unit has sound good weight to it too. Not a cheap build. Would have been nice to have USB on it.

Very simple Cd player, no fancy features, with good remote. Good and well built.

I did not think the sound of the cds would be different from the old cd player. It is! This is an upgrade.

This is a very good single disc player for the price range under $300. I would recommend it for casual listening to most genres. I use the optical output to my receiver and sound transmission is great. It took awhile to get it shipped to the store but the substantial savings from Best Buy was worth it.

Replaced an older unit. Works fine. Simple to install in my system

This CD player is better than the one I'm replacing a 20 year old CD player that I paid $300 for. I don't think you will hear any difference by going up from this model.

I love the sound of this cd player. It has an amp built in and a headphone jack. No need for a reciever to listen to headphones. Bought a bluetooth adapter and I'm wireless!!

This CD player was real easy to set up. Works great with my Onkyo receiver.
