It was okay

I got it December 2019 and it broke almost exactly 8 months later. None of the hdmi ports work and I've tried switching tvs and all the trouble shooting steps but nope. It's gone. Didn't last as long as I'd hoped.

Bluetooth would not maintain connection

This is before I connected my in ceiling speakers and wall speakers. I returned product one week later for a full refund. I purchased the Pioneer for $499 from Best Buy I’ll let you know how it compares ....

The “tested” open box receivers were returned!

Upon opening the box I discovered a different, cheaper model. The second was verified to be the proper model. However, after updating the firmware, I made many attempts to set it up. And I coordinated the process with ONKYO Support. We were unsuccessful getting through the set up procedure. Disappointing.
