This movie is wonderful! One of my most favorite romance movies since first watching it back in 1994. I was ecstatic to see it was available in Blu-Ray at Best Buy. I've been looking for an upgrade DVD format (Blu-Ray or Ultra 4K) to replace an older DVD version of this move (lower format) and never had any luck finding it. Until one day I saw it only on Best Buy. The Blu-Ray quality of this movie is GREAT! I'm very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend buying this movie.

My Goodness! This movie never fails to make me believe in love all over again. That is until the next Scorpion Woman rips out my heart, throws it over hot coals and stomps that sucker flat. But I digress. In the meantime, this movie is just campy enough and Marisa Tomei gives one of the most adorable performances shot on film. Speaking of film, the video quality looks great. It retains a respectable amount of grain giving it a filmic quality. A throwback to golden age of 1994 complete with end credit music by Michael Bolton. This film transports me to that time. It’s so throwback that it doesn’t even have menus or special features. It just starts up and plays like good ole VHS. Italy looks almost as beautiful as Marisa Tomei herself, Robert Downey Jr. is tops, Bonnie Hont is tops, Billy Zane cameo is tops and this whole Bluray is tops. Remember this movie!

Another excellent rom-com that features Robert Downey Jr. before he went off of the deep end. We purchased this blu-ray as part of our DVD replacements.
