Sound is not Crystal Clear as advertised

Have probably spent 15 hours with Ooma reps almost daily trying to get the service right. Most people who call us or we call complain about poor and irratic reception. Ooma has been excellent to try and fix the problem and finally are going to replace my Ooma Telo and hopefully this will work. But so far I would not recommend this service and will likely return to AT&T if the replacement Telo does not work.
