Caution: your new plan comes with a free "trial" of Ooma premier, which you have to call and cancel if you don't want to pay over double the monthly amount of the base plan. You can't cancel online; you must call customer service. The supervisor told me they do send an email when your trial is about to end. I did not receive this email. Very unhappy with a company that charges you double what you signed up for. Instead, send me emails about upgrading to premier instead of waiting until your customers notice that they're being charged more than expected.

Best Buy used to be a very reliable source for picking up electronics via their app. Currently, I am totally unsatisfied as on two separate occasions the items were shown to be in stock. Within an hour of my arrival of my last attempt to shop at Best Buy the item was unavailable. This will be my last attempt to purchase electronics with the promise of it being available in an hour. Terrible business model. More people have told me the same about their experiences. They’re either out of stock and it shows that it is in stock or they just don’t have it.

Setup was a bit difficult and I think could be streamlined better. Overall would recommend if you want to keep a home phone.

Bought this thinking it would be good however it was so far from the truth we ported our number over to the service then immediately started having problems with being able to hear the caller phone had significant static all the time even if we called someone they would always say can’t hear you or what’s the noise I keep hearing I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting this ultimately this year in 2020 discontinued service an got a landline again I can’t even give a 1 star cause it was so bad so this won’t even let me not rate it I had to do 1 star but it’s not even worth that

This did not work for me. You have to have your phone plugged into this and this device plugged into your modem. That would leave my phone way too far away from my desk. Had to return it.

Purchased this device to save some money on my home phone bill. got a great price on it and took it home to hook it up. After I got it hooked i discovered my home number was not transferable. Had to return it for credit.

Very simple to install and porting my phone number was so easy.

Very simple way of saving money on your phone every month. wayEasy to use and it comes with some additional services for the first month.

So far it works about 25% of the time I have to constantly keep unplugging it and plugging it back in because my mom will call and complain that it stops ringing completely reach out to their garbage overseas tech support who don't do anything other than turn every setting off that I have to go back in and re-enable would not recommend at all

I loved the easy online set up of my Ooma. I didn't think it would work as well as it does glad I got rid of my major carrier.

So bad i cannot refer this item for anybody. But because i respect the person who made it that is why i put 3 stars

I purchase this item , installed test it it was ok but for the porpus3 I have it I will need to purchase the member ship it cost $20 plus the Internet at home $60 total $70. I paid now $89 with TV so that was not good deal for me

I bought this product to lower my phone bill. So far I haven't any problems with it and it works very well.

Save your money. We've had the Ooma for just about a month and most of the time, it doesn't work. We've had to use our cell phones to test and we find that calls don't come in or if that isn't happening, the house phone doesn't ring. You never know if you are getting a call. I like a home phone but I guess we will suffer our losses and just use our cell phones always. Would give it zero stars but that's not a choice.

I am very happy with the overall call quality of the service. This is saving me quite a few dollars per month in phone service charges.

The set up is straight forward and easy to connect. We ended up returning as we were not pleased with the sound quality.
