You can not go wrong with the Ooma. I use for home

I like the Ooma IDEA. However, it's not working as well as I would like. I may be able to get it straightened out with their customer service. I paid an extra $40 to have my old phone ported over. Although this did not take nearly as long as I was told it might, I am still having issues with the temporary number they gave me. That number shows up in the caller ID when I place a call along with someone else's name. Since people don't recognize the number, they don't answer. Sometimes callers to my line get a strange outgoing message from the holder of the temporary number. On the answering device, I only get the last half of the message that callers leave.

The Ooma is a great investment to save on landline phone service. I’ve had it for years and have not been disappointed. I purchased this for my Mom so she could have a land line sgain

Ooma cuts down on home telephone service cost. Have used Ooma for many years and experienced excellent service. The only fee you have is local taxes each month. Highly recommend.

The product to is ok, the only issue I have with the Ooma Telo unit is if you have this unit for more than 3 years the upgrade will not work and you will lose the service and have to buy another unit. Also you need to contact them to activate your new Ooma Telo unit that takes hour more!

This does the trick to save on your phone bill!!!!

No problems to setup and configure and works great.

I love the Ooma phone service. The iphone app is the best part. It allows you to quickly and easily use call forwarding to any number with the click of a button. It also allows you to call people from any phone from the number and that number will be seen on the other caller's phone.

Xfinity douple play bundle with phone and internet requires you to buy their phone modem. but their internet part of their combined modem is cr*p Ever since i purchased a hi quality modem and ooma, i have mot wxperienced any connection issued. Thus it requires the ooma for VOIP and it works great!

Savings are not as much as expected. When you add up the porting charges and upgrade fees, we're not saving much. My wife complains on the voice breaking up so we may need a second unit. Some of the extra features make up for the lack of savings. Still on the fence on this one...

One I signed up for Ooma online it was very easy to get up and running. Signal sounds much clearer than it ever did with Verizon or Time Warner and don't need to deal with the bad customer service of those companies while paying a higher premium for their service. Wish I had signed up for Ooma a long time ago!

This is my second Ooma, but first where I ported a phone number. This is simply the best and least expensive phone service I can imagine. Using it on a comcast broad band connection with an under 1mb speed and never had an interuption.

A great buy to keep my home phone number and have a low monthyly bill. I highly recommend.

It works, I am still trying to port over my number, so I cannot comment on the whole setup.

The device is doing exactly what we need it to do. There are some up front fees to use the service but over the long term it will save money over traditional landline carriers.

After dealing with Basic Talk for over 2 weeks to get my service hooked up only to completely fail due to unbelievable horrible customer service, Ooma was able to help and get it done in a matter of minutes.
