Hard to evaluate when I have not had time to try implementing product. Too much effort trying to add router to computer. Used to having Geek Squad assistance, not receiving assistance so not able to give you a rating. Sorry, since I have not gotten up and running, I can't recommend it at this time.

Phone was easy enough to et set up. Use of phone - especially with upgraded internet service - helped correct for poor cell phone signal in the home. Voice quality is not perfect but is acceptable. No more dropped calls.

So my old ooma lost it's blue light over time and started dropping service after 5 years. Hoping this one lasts at least 5 years.
The problems I have with my new Ooma: 1. I found out that my ooma service was dependent on the device first and not by my name, phone number, or account number. They switched my old phone number etc. to this new device. 2. Now that I have a "new" ooma account device I once again get dozens of solicitation calls daily. Is this by chance or is this a deliberate tactic to annoy new subscribers into purchasing the premium service with "call block" options. 3. My old device 5 years ago had the same problem for the first year but eventually dropped off as long as you never answer phone numbers that you do not know. That is the only way I was able to eventually get them to almost cease after about a year was "Never Never Never answer a phone number that you do not recognize as a friend etc. when someone in my family does this I immediately notice a new or repeat solicitor calling me within the next hour usually "for some strange reason lol". 4. So it seems like solicitors pounce on the new devices.... "strange how they became aware of this new device as my phone number had not changed in the past 10 years yet they suddenly started soliciting me once again when this new device was activated...." 5. Is this solicitation really random and accidental or do they somehow know of the new device by being informed since my phone number has not changed. That is the ????
Lowered Value: Due to solicitations increased with new device. Annoying and disturbing solicitations & scammers.
Lowered Ease of Use: Due to solicitations needing to be constantly erased from recorder.

This LG UHD 55" TV is a replacement for a similar LG 55" that was damaged during a move from one state to another. I believe LG products are the top-of-the-line in electronics.

Had ooma for a year now love it saving big money on phone service. If you get the premium which is about $128 a year you get a second line and some of the best call filering available.
